The essay, through documents never before published, speaks of the events related to the construction of the main altar of the church of the Holy Souls in Valletta (Malta). It is a work of the marble workers Antonino and Francesco Amato and aid from Messina made in the years 1743-1747.

Feminism is a fast growing phenomenon in recent years. This paper started with the historical conflict of marriage and feminism, then researched the connection between anime and gender-role. Since Japanese anime was imported to China in 1980s, it has influenced the generation born in 1980s and 1990s in many aspects of their growth. These well-educated people perceived the Japanese culture and values through anime. This study connected gender stereotypes and marriage, and how Chinese well-educated anime fans interpret the gender-role portrayals from anime. Comme la population sinistrée, ils exercent leur activité professionnelle au rythme de la guerre et nécessitent également un accompagnement. Dans le cadre de l’Unité psychosociale d’une ONG internationale, un soutien psychologique en visio-conférence est proposé aux soignants en Syrie et en Turquie. El objetivo principal de esta tesis consiste en analizar la presencia de María Magdalena en las producciones audiovisuales del periodo comprendido entre 1897 y 2014. Dichas producciones proceden de Europa, Estados Unidos, Canadá y México. El marco metodológico general a partir del que se plantea el análisis es la iconología, entendida como Zwichenraum o tierra de confluencias. En concreto, la noción de continuidad y variación, iniciada por Aby Warburg y continuada por Fritz Saxl, es la principal cuestión teórica en la que se basa la aproximación. Tarkastelen maisterintutkielmassani kaksikielisen Pietarsaaren kaupungin kadunnimistöä. Kyseisestä kaupungista ei vielä ole vastaavaa tutkimusta tehty. Maisterintutkielmani liittyy paikannimistön – tarkemmin määriteltynä virallisen kaupunkinimistön – tutkimukseen. Kadunnimistö on virallista kaavanimistöä erotuksena epävirallisesta kaupunkinimistöstä. Aineistoni koostuu 443:sta Pietarsaaren kaupungin virallisesta suomenkielisestä kadunnimestä ja yhtä monesta Pietarsaaren virallisesta ruotsinkielisestä kadunnimestä.
