Viena no mulsinošākajām problēmām, kas saistīta ar Kanta politisko domu, ir tāda, ka viņš atbalsta absolūto liegumu uz sacelšanos, kas šķiet pretrunīgi, ņemot vērā gan Kanta personiskos uzskatus, gan viņa filozofijas garu. Šajā darbā ir paredzēts izpētīt nosacījumus sacelšanās liegumam Kanta filozofijā un atbildēt uz jautājumu, vai pretestība vienmēr ir aizliegta. Pārbaudot, kādā veida politiskas sabiedrības pastāvēšanas nepieciešamība un mērķis ir saistīts ar sacelšanās lieguma nosacījumiem, tiek noskaidrots, ka, ja režīmu nevar uzskatīt par politisku, tad sacelšanās nav aizliegta. Salt stress has been frequently studied in its first osmotic phase. Very often, data regarding the second ionic phase is missing. It has also been suggested that Putrescine or/and Spermine could be responsible for salt resistance. In order to test this hypothesis under long-term salt stress, we obtained Arabidopsis thaliana transgenic plants harboring pRD29A::oatADC or pRD29A::GUS construction. Although Putrescine was the only polyamine significantly increased after salt acclimation in pRD29A::oatADC transgenic lines, this rendered in no advantage to this kind of stress. While first generation Chinese American immigrants in The Woman Warrior attribute the power of transforming people into ghosts to the United States of America as a country, the questioning of a person’s humanity by calling them a “ghost” is not reserved for white people alone.
