The aim of this thesis was to study the salutogenic effects of BALANSSI, a novel group psychotherapy rehabilitation modality, on employees suffering from severe burnout symptoms. The intervention was implemented on 16 separate days over a nine-month period with one follow-up day six months thereafter. 62 subjects were randomly assigned to eight intervention groups (four analytic and four psychodrama). An additional 32 subjects were selected as controls. Pētījuma tēma ir “Delīrija riska mazināšanas pasākumi pacientiem ar gūžas kaula kakliņa lūzumu intensīvas terapijas nodaļā”. Pēcoperācijas delīrijs ir bieži sastopams lielās ķirurģiskās operācijās. Delīrija attīstība ievērojami palielina nāves risku, ārstēšanas ilgumu, var novest pie pacientu invaliditātes un paaugstina veselības aprūpes izmaksas. Visbiežākā komplikācija, kas ir saistīta ar gūžas kaula kakliņa lūzumiem ir delīrijs. Tas padara delīriju par milzīgu slogu pacienta veselībai un veselības aprūpes sistēmai kopumā. Classroom behavioural climate in inclusive education – a study on secondary students’ perceptions

Previous studies pointed out that dealing with difficult behaviour is perceived by teachers as a major challenge in inclusive settings. However, research on the students' perception of the classroom behavioural climate (CBC) is rare. Therefore, this study aims to examine students’ perceptions of CBC and to identify predictors of CBC as well as associated variables. The sample consists of 650 German students from secondary schools (5th-9th grade) of whom 83 students are diagnosed with special educational needs (SEN).
