While state-owned enterprises (SOEs) used to be considered obsolete tools for governmental intervention in the economy, in recent years governmental intervention in the business sector has re-emerged as a topic of debate. However, scholarship on the changes in and the modernisation of the SOE model is limited. In this article, we examine how the Finnish state’s ownership policy adapted to the requirements of economic globalisation between the 1970s and the 2010s. We show that the attitude towards globalisation was pragmatic and aimed at safeguarding the competitiveness of domestic companies. Within each breath, a large diversity of volatiles molecules of the surrounding reaches our olfactory receptors. Despite the chemical complexity of the natural environment, the organisms succeed to represent their world using relevant information carried by single odorants or mixtures. Focusing on the perception of these stimuli, we explored the processes involved in the treatment of this complex information, sometimes supported by mixtures or sub-mixtures. W Polsce leczeniem z wyboru drugiej linii po niepowodzeniu chemioterapii przerzutowego gruczołowego raka płuca bez mutacji aktywującej EGFR, translokacji ALK i ROS1 jest immunoterapia atezolizumabem lub niwolumabem. Niestety, nie wszyscy chorzy odnoszą korzyść z takiego leczenia. Alternatywę dla immunoterapii stanowi leczenie kojarzące chemioterapię z lekiem antyangiogennym, docetaksel z nintedanibem. W podjęciu decyzji terapeutycznej pomocna może być analiza biomarkerów odpowiedzi na immunoterapię. Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Aprūpes problēmas pacientiem ar nepārtrauktu nieru aizstājterapiju intensīvās terapijas nodaļā”. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka nepārtrauktas nieru aizstājterapijas (NNAT) pielietošanas pieaugums. Šo terapiju parasti veic visu diennakti. NNAT laikā pacietiem var rasties dažādas aprūpes problēmas. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot aprūpes problēmas pacientiem ar nepārtraukto nieru aizstājterapiju intensīvās terapijas nodaļā. Abstract Background There are no explicit guidelines or tools available to support clinicians in selecting exercise therapy modalities according to the characteristics of individual patients despite the apparent need.
