Purpose: The Italian Registry of Contrast Material use in Cardiac Computed Tomography (iRCM-CCT) is a multicenter, multivendor, observational study on the use of contrast media (CM) in patients undergoing cardiac computed tomography (CCT). The aim of iRCM-CCT is to assess image quality and safety profile of intravenous CM compounds. Backgroundand aim: Autosomal recessive hypercholesterolemia (ARH) is a rare autosomal recessive disorder of low-density lipoprotein (LDL) metabolism caused by pathogenic variants in the LDLRAP1 gene. Like homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia, ARH is resistant to conventional LDL-lowering medications and causes a high risk of atherosclerotic cardiovascular diseases (ASCVDs) and aortic valve stenosis. Tämän tutkielman tavoitteena oli kehittää graafisen käyttöliittymän omaava monipuolinen simulaatioympäristö, jolla voidaan mallintaa bakteerien leviämistä sairaalaympäristössä. Ohjelma mahdollistaa noin neljänkymmenen sairaalaparametrin asettamisen ja tulosten purkamisen taulukkomuotoon. Our aim in this article is to study the relation between earnings of French universities graduates and some characteristics of their universities. We exploit data from the Céreq's "Génération 98" survey, enriched with information on university characteristics primarily from the ANETES (yearbook of French institutions of higher education). We employ multilevel modeling, enabling us to take advantage of the natural hierarchy in our separate datasets, and thus to identify, and even to measure potential effects of institutional quality. The aim of this paper is to analyze private automobilism in capitalist system from the Marxist perspective. Author starts with Paul Yirilio thought on speed and politics, issues of the mobility and social and political control. Then article is focused on Erich Fromm’s, thinker from the Frankfurt School, criticism o f private owned cars. Next part is devoted to the social and cultural significance o f the car-first transportation in the United States. Tutkimuksessani tarkastelen ikäihmisten kirjallisuusterapeuttisen sanataideryhmän merkityksiä ja terapeuttisia vaikuttimia. Tutkimuskohteenani on keväällä 2014 ohjaamani viisihenkinen kirjoittajaryhmä, jonka toimintaa ohjasi kirjallisuusterapian viitekehys. 63–80-vuotiaiden ryhmäläisten toiminnalle antamia merkityksiä tutkin monipuolisin tavoin tuotetun kirjallisen palautteen, tapaamisista keräämieni äänitteiden sekä muistiinpanojeni avulla. Tutkimusaineistoa täydentävät lisäksi ryhmäläisten tapaamisissamme kirjoittamat harjoitukset. Tīmekļa lietotne “Sapņu dienasgrāmata” ļauj lietotājiem dokumentēt sapņu un dienas notikumus (ierakstus) privātās digitālās dienasgrāmatas veidā savstarpējai analīzei, kā arī sevis analizēšanai. Lietotne ļauj lietotājam formulēt savienojumus starp dienas un sapņu ierakstiem, kuri ir pašanalīzes rezultāti. Mērķis ir piedāvāt objektīvu rīku sevis analīzei caur sapņiem, nebalstoties uz psihoanalīzes skolām, t.i., necensties pateikt lietotājam kā analizēt sapņus. Kapilārā hemoglobīna līmeņa saistība ar agrīna vecuma bērna vispārējo veselības stāvokli

Anēmija ir globāla problēma un tās prevalence pasaulē ir atšķirīga dažādos reģionos. Pasaules Veselības organizācijas anēmijas klasifikācija tiek izmantota vairumā pasaules valstu, tai skaitā Latvijā. Anēmijas skrīningu zīdaiņiem ieteicams veikt 12 mēnešu vecumā, taču netiek precizēta metode, ar kuru būtu jāveic testēšana. Vairāki pētījumi rāda, ka, vadoties pēc PVO anēmijas klasifikācijas, veicot mērījumu ar kapilārā hemoglobīna eksprestesta metodi, varētu tikt pārvērtēta anēmijas prevalence zīdaiņiem.
