Mērķi. Sniegt labākos šobrīd pieejamos pierādījumus par mātes saslimstību, kas rezultējas ar histerektomiju un ir saistīta ar ĶG veikšanu sievietēm, kurām jau bijis ĶG. Salīdzināt riska faktorus grupās "histerektomija" un "ne histerektomija”. Noteikt bērna stāvokli, izmantojot Apgares skalu, pēc ĶG un pēc vaginālām dzemdībām. Materiāli un metodes. Pētījumā retrospektīvi analizēti dati par 1620 pacientēm, kas 2015 līdz 2017. gada novembrim. Visām sievietēm ir iepriekš bijis veikts ĶG, tātad: uz dzemdes bija rēta. Most anticancer molecules are administered in body-size-based dosing schedules, bringing up unsolved issues regarding pharmacokinetic data in heavy patients. The worldwide spread of obesity has not been matched by improved methods and strategies for tailored drug dosage in this population. The weight or body surface area (BSA)-based approaches may fail to fully reflect the complexity of the anthropometric features besides obesity in cancer patients suffering from sarcopenia. Likewise, there is a lack of pharmacokinetic data on obese patients for the majority of chemotherapeutic agents as well as for new target drugs and immunotherapy. Celem artykułu jest próba diagnozy i oceny stanu (postaci) wykształcenia ludności na obszarach wiejskich w Polsce, określanego mianem awansu edukacyjnego oraz uwarunkowań jego kształtowania (tło). Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na wzrost znaczenia wykształcenia w kształtowaniu sukcesu zawodowego, zmiany aspiracji edukacyjnych dzieci i ich wsparcia ze strony rodziców, a także korzystne dla wsi dodatnie saldo migracji wewnętrznych. Regional concentration of university graduates : The role of high school grades and parental background

In this paper, we analyse long-term changes in the regional distribution and migration flows of university graduates in Finland and Sweden. This study is based on detailed longitudinal population register data, including information on high school grades and parental background. We find a distinct pattern of skill divergence across regions in both countries over the last 3 decades. The uneven distribution of human capital has been reinforced by the mobility patterns of university graduates, for whom regional sorting by high school grades and parental background is evident. Na podstawie analizy przestrzennego rozmieszczenia parków narodowych i obszarów chronionego krajobrazu Polski (parki krajobrazowe), Czech, Słowacji i Węgier oceniono czy tworzone w poszczególnych krajach systemy ochrony przyrody i krajobrazu są reprezentatywne również dla prowincji fizycznogeograficznych w granicach państw. Stwierdzono znaczną reprezentatywność w prowincjach głównie górskich i wskazano na dalsze możliwości ochrony. Na podstawie oceny stopnia integracji systemów ochrony przyrody i krajobrazu w rejonach przygranicznych określono obszary, które powinny uzupełnić system.
