Qualitative mucin disorders in patients with primary Sjögren's syndrome:a literature review

Background It is a common opinion that Primary Sjögren Syndrome (pSS) damages the exocrine glands and determines the reduction of secreted saliva, some studies show that there are qualitative anomalies of the mucins produced in saliva, including MUC7, MUC5B, MUC1. The purpose of this study is to trace all the information useful to establish whether there is a qualitative or quantitative defect of the mucins in the pSS. Material and Methods We reviewed the literature by looking for publications relevant to the topic in electronic databases. Sixteen articles met the search criteria. I denne studien undersøker vi hvilke minner som kommer til syne når unge voksne møter barndommens nærnatur igjen, og hvordan kan vi forstå disse minnene. Arbeidet tar utgangspunkt i en kulturell fenomenologisk forståelse. Åtte unge voksne har gått tilbake til sine barndomssteder i skolens nærnatur sammen med en av forskerne. De har gått, klatret og snakket om friluftsliv, lek og lekesteder ute i barndommen. Metoden åpner for å studere komplekse, kroppsliggjorte og stedsspesifikke minner og erfaringer knyttet til konkrete steder, aktiviteter og sosiale relasjoner. All the observed particles are well accommodated in the Standard Model, together with the basic forces. However, there are both experimental and theoretical hints that the Standard Model can not be a complete theory and that New Physics is needed. Some of the theoretical problems are: i) The flavor-puzzle, i.e., why are there three copies of particles differing only by their mass. Little is known about the epidemiology of subarachnoid haemorrhage (SAH) in Poland, and until now no such research has been conducted for Silesia, which is the second largest province with circa 4.5 million inhabitants. Therefore, the current study was done to assess the data on SAH in the Silesian Province, Poland. The study was based on the data obtained from the administrative databases of the only public health insurer in Poland (the National Health Fund, NHF) from 2009 to 2019. The SAH cases were selected based on primary diagnosis coded in ICD-10 as I60. The total number of SAH cases was 2014 (41.8% men, 58.2% women). Mūsdienu tehnoloģiju ieviešana klīniskajā praksē ir radījusi jaunas diagnostikās iespējas subarahnoidālu saasiņojumu gadījumos, kā dēļ iespējama ātra un efektīva diagnostika, apstiprinot vai izslēdzot subarahnoidālu saasiņojumu.
