[EN] The digitisation process is affecting all markets and raising consumer awareness about companies' sustainable behaviour. This work studies the effect of the sustainability profile of FinTech companies on the firm (market value and book value) as the factors that add value to investors and motivate their evolution in markets are still unknown. Using the KBW and Nasdaq FinTech Indices, and the NASDAQ Insurance Index (IXIS), we composed a panel of 95 companies over a 10-year period (2010-2019) with economic-financial variables and data about green certificates and sustainability indices. Este trabajo ofrece evidencia sobre el resultado de la fusión de Price Waterhouse y Coopers & Lybrand respecto a 2 de los objetivos que pretendían alcanzarse con la operación empresarial, como son el crecimiento de la nueva compa˜nía en términos de cifra de negocios y el aumento de la cuota de mercado. We introduce some of the most common types of high-frequency financial data: tick-by-tick data, trade and quote data, order book data, and market member data. We describe the types of variables that are usually available in the most popular high-frequency financial databases. Bibliogrāfiskā rādītāja izstrādē izmantots Latvijas Nacionālās digitālās bibliotēkas portāls periodika.lv. Rezultāti tika atlasīti, izvēloties pētījumam nepieciešamo laika periodu. Lai apkopotu bibliogrāfiskajam rādītājam atbilstošus rakstus, tika veikta visu publikāciju kvalitatīvā satura analīze. A new species S. deformata, that occurs in six locations of marine sand dunes along the eastern Mediterranean coast of Spain is described and illustrated from spores. In the field, the species occurred in the rhizosphere of Ammophila arenaria (Poaceae), Elymus farctus (Poaceae), Otanthus maritimus (Asteraceae), and Echinophora spinosa (Apiaceae). Morphological characters related with outer, middle and inner wall of the glomerospores as well as phylogenetic analysis (partial SSU, ITS1-5.8S region and the partial LSU nrDNA) support the hypothesis that the fungus is a new species of the Scutellosporaceae.
