Polega ona na eliminacji dostarczania organizmowi między innymi żywności przetworzonej, którą uznaje się za nieczystą, a tym samym szkodliwą i niebezpieczną dla zdrowia człowieka. Obszarem badań objęto blogi i strony internetowe poświęcone temu zagadnieniu, a także wpisy w mediach społecznościowych. W tekście wskazuje się na kulturowe konteksty czystej diety, powody jej popularności, jej powiązanie ze stylem życia i aksjologizowaniem pokarmów oraz na konsekwencje, do jakich stosowanie czystej diety może doprowadzić.

In this text, the author presents the functioning of the Commune Committee of the Polish United Workers’ Party in Brudzeń Duży, a commune lying near Płock, in the years 1972—1986.
