Techniques d’exsufflation d’un pneumothorax

2019

2016

Models of multiple parenting and interpersonal wellbeing. A theoretical review on the evolution of the dyadic motivational system toward the network of care A theoretical analysis on the evolution of the dyadic parenting model toward the multiple attachment perspective is presented. In particular, looking beyond the monotropic perspective (Bowlby, 1969), a theoretical framework about the integration model as a support of the elasticity of the Internal Working Models is highlighted. Based on these studies, the continuity in the quality of the attachment representations would remain in function also of the changes inside the care environment, in its aspects of risk and protection as well as o…

Haemorrhagic Cerebrovascular Accident (CVA) Etiology and Case Report

2020

Abstract A haemorrhagic cerebrovascular accident refers to a spontaneous bleeding in the cerebral parenchyma, located either supratentorial or infratentorial, that occurs in the absence of a surgical or traumatic cause. The incidence is estimated at 12-15 new cases per 100.000 inhabitants per year. Intracranial haemorrhage is the third most frequent cause of stroke, the vast majority being represented by primary/hypertensive (spontaneous) intracerebral haemorrhage, ruptured saccular aneurysm, a vascular malformation or haemorrhage associated with the use of anticoagulants or thrombolytic agents. A cerebral tomography computer examination is the examination of choice in diagnosis of haemorrh…

Patient Care Approach Using Nursing Theories - Comparative Analysis of Orem’s Self-Care Deficit Theory and Henderson’s Model

2020

Abstract Nursing theories have been developed to provide guidance in clinical practice, so their knowledge by nurses is mandatory in order to provide advanced nursing care. This paper presents the relationships between the concepts and major assumptions of Henderson’s model and Orem’s theory and then their comparative analysis. Both, Henderson’s model and Orem’s theory of self-care deficit have a major impact, internationally, in education and research, but also in nursing practice, as a result of which their knowledge can open a new perspective on care, especially in countries where they are not well enough known.
