Cirugía de tumores retroperitoneales con afectación de vena cava: revisión de 18 casos

Resumen Introducción El tumor retroperitoneal con extensión a la vena cava inferior (VCI) más frecuente es el carcinoma de células renales. Tiene una supervivencia a 5 años de hasta un 32% cuando se realiza nefrectomía radical y trombectomía. El tratamiento quirúrgico es complejo y puede necesitar el soporte de circulación extracorpórea y parada circulatoria e hipotermia. Métodos Estudio descriptivo, retrospectivo, mediante análisis de datos de pacientes intervenidos de tumores con invasión de la VCI entre 1992 y 2015. Über die Anwendung des Vena cava-Katheters aus klinischer und pathologisch-anatomischer Sicht

Es wird uber die Erfahrungen mit 150 Cava-Kathetern bei 130 neurochirurgischen Patienten berichtet unter Besprechung der Befunde aus 21 Obduktionsfallen. Auf das grosere Risiko bei Verwendung der Venen der unteren Extremitaten und der Vena cava caudalis wird eingegangen, die eigene Methode des Einlegens eines Katheters in die Vena cava cranialis von der Vena basilica her geschildert und auf mogliche technische Fehler aufmerksam gemacht. Als Komplikationen im klinischen Verlauf wurden 14mal eine Thrombophlebitis, 12mal eine Verstopfung und zehnmal ein unbeabsichtigtes Herausziehen des Katheters registriert. An Iberian archaeological site located in the east of Spain is one of the most important cupellation centers found in the 4th century b.c. Different metallurgical materials were found in the archaeological site as minerals, cast slags, forged slags, metallic lead, cupella fragments and bronzes. Also was found reverbs remains used for cupper-based materials and cupellation procedure, and hearth forge remains for obtained iron material. The recuperated samples were studied by comparing samples of the same type of material by macroanalysis and microanalysis. The main tool for GIS implementation has been the OpenJUMP, whilst for the 3D recreation of the cave virtual environment Meshlab, Paraview, Cloud Compare and R open software have been used. U ovome radu izloženi su rezultati peta kampanje arheoloških i konzervatorskih istraživanja benediktinskog samostana i crkve Sv. Petra u Osoru na otoku Cresu, održane tijekom svibnja i lipnja 2010. godine, koja je dio znanstvenoga projekta MIC-a za kasnu antiku i srednji vijek Sveučilišta u Zagrebu i istraživačkog centra ARTeHIS C.N.R.S.–a iz Dijona, te Konzervatorskoga odjela u Rijeci. During the 2014 campaign exhaustive excavations of the early medieval mausoleum and monastic tombs situated between the mausoleum and the bell tower south of the abbey church of St Peter in Osor were completed. The results of the excavation of the interior of the reduced church revealed several floor levels that are contemporary to the Romanesque basilica, as well as the foundations of the Romanesque chancel screen situated in front of the north apse, and the presence of many burials. Resum: Els estudiosos del Curial han relacionat facilment l’enamorament de l’africana Camar amb els amors –tambe africans– d’Enees i Dido. Tanmateix, els ha passat desapercebuda la figura de la martir romana Perpetua de Cartago, jove estudiosa de l’ Eneida, que fou lligada a un pal i exposada als lleons, entre altres aspectes biografics relacionables amb el personatge curialesc de Camar. La revisio de les Actes del martiri (versions A i B, divulgades ensems) i de la novel·lada Passio Perpetuae (segle III) permet detectar coincidencies argumentals i connexions intertextuals amb la novel·la cavalleresca del segle XV.
