Darba “TaleSpire objektu ģenerēšanas ietvars” ietvaros tika uzprojektēts, izstrādāts un dokumentēts un notestēts Python ietvars, kas spēj pēc specificētiem parametriem ģenerēt dabisku reljefu, un izvietot uz tā objektus balstoties uz parametriem, kas katram objektam ir individuāli. Ietvara galvenais mērķis ir padarīt pieejamu dabisku reljefu izmantošanu iekš TaleSpire vides. Reljefa ģenerēšanai, un objektu izvietošanai tiek realizēta ar trokšņu karšu un gadījumskaitļu ģeneratoru palīdzību.

Sfēriska reljefa ģenerēšana ir netriviāla problēma, kuras risināšanai pašlaik eksistē salīdzinoši maz algoritmu, tāpēc savā darbā es aplūkoju jau eksistējošus algoritmus - plaknes un sfēriska reljefa ģenerēšanu. Uz to bāzes tika izveidots jauns algoritms, kas ir pielietojams gan plaknes, gan sfēras reljefam, un ģenerē augstas kvalitātes reljefus. The current thesis focuses in one of Spain’s most relevant authors: Pedro Dorado Montero. Acting as a bridge between the criminal law conceptions of the 19th and 20th centuries, Dorado Montero offered a very unique, original theory: the ‘Derecho protector de los criminales’ (Protective Law of the Criminals). Towards the end of the 19th century, a clash between the penal neoclassical theories and the new positivist theories took place. As a result, the hegemony of the old school was contested. Opracowanie poświęcone jest zagadnieniu uprawnień zastawnika zastawu rejestrowego w postępowaniu sanacyjnym. Zarówno zastaw rejestrowy jak i postępowanie sanacyjne to instytucje hybrydalne. Na ich tle powstaje zatem szereg interesujących zagadnień prawnych. W opracowaniu omówiono status w postępowaniu sanacyjnym wierzytelności zabezpieczonej zastawem rejestrowym. Wskazano na rolę proceduralną spisu inwentarza i spisu wierzytelności. W dalszej kolejności przedstawiono sposoby zaspokojenia zastawnika. The analysis carried out here takes account of a number of decisions made by the Polish Public Procurement Office, by the domestic courts, and by the Court of Justice.
