Obowiązek wsparcia materialnego i rzeczowego oraz innych form pomocy wynika z założeń kodeksu karnego wykonawczego. Pomoc taka jest świadczona przez organy Służby Więziennej, kuratorów sądowych oraz jednostki niezaliczane do sektora finansów publicznych w ramach specjalnego funduszu celowego. Funkcję kontrolną wydatkowania tych środków sprawuje Minister Sprawiedliwości oraz Rada Główna do Spraw Społecznej Readaptacji i Pomocy Skazanym. Electrochemical and Spectroelectrochemical Properties of Free-Base Pyridyl- and N -Alkyl-4-Pyridylporphyrins in Nonaqueous Media

International audience; Twelve structurally related pyridyl and meso-N-methylpyridylporphyrin derivatives are investigated electrochemically in different nonaqueous media. The UV/Vis spectrum of each newly investigated porphyrin was measured before and after electro-reduction and, based on this data, the site of electron transfer is proposed. An interaction occurs between the meso-pyridyl or meso-N-alkyl-4-pyridyl substituents and the porphyrin p-ring system, the magnitude of which depends upon the number of linked pyridyl or N-alkyl-4-pyridyl groups in the compound, the solvent, the supporting electrolyte, and/or other anions added to the solution.

The enantioselective synthesis of tetralin derivatives bearing a trifluoromethylated all‐carbon quaternary stereocenter has been accomplished through a synthetic sequence comprising an organocatalytic β‐functionalization of ortho‐1‐trifluoromethylvinyl‐(hetero)aromatic conjugated aldehydes followed by the intramolecular nitrone 1,3‐cycloaddition reaction (INCR). Both nitromethane and N‐Cbz‐hydroxylamine were employed as nucleophiles in the initial organocatalytic conjugate addition step, which provided the chiral information required for the subsequent diastereoselective INCR. Ring-opening metathesis (ROM) of various unsaturated, constrained bicyclic ring systems has been investigated with the use of commercial ruthenium-based catalysts. Starting from various cyclodienes, the corresponding derived bicyclic lactone, lactam, and isoxazoline derivatives were submitted to ROM under ethenolysis. These functionalized, strained bicyclic systems afforded novel highly-functionalized diolefinated heterocyclic scaffolds in ROM reactions with stereocontrol, through the conservation of the configuration of the stereogenic centers of the starting compounds.

International audience; This paper investigates the spatial distribution of employment in the region of Ile-de-France in 1978 and 1997. Exploratory spatial data analysis is used to identify employment centres and a sectoral analysis of the central business district (CBD) and sub-centres is performed. The results highlight a process of suburbanisation of employment in Ile-de-France between 1978 and 1997. A more polarised space emerges in 1997 than in 1978, with several employment centres specialised in different activities.
