Työelämäyhteistyö ammattikorkeakouluopettajan osaamishaasteena

Tässä tutkimuksessa tarkasteltiin ammattikorkeakouluopettajien työelämäyhteistyön osaamishaasteita. Tutkimusaineisto kerättiin yksilö- ja ryhmähaastatteluilla, joihin osallistui 16 eri alojen ammattikorkeakouluopettajaa. Aineisto analysoitiin temaattisella analyysillä. Työelämäyhteistyön osaamishaasteina tulivat esille muutos koulutuksen ja työelämän suhteissa, verkostomainen opettajuus, monipuolisten taitojen hallinta ja pedagogiikan uudistaminen. Ammattikorkeakouluopettajien työelämäyhteistyö edellyttää uusien taitojen omaksumisen lisäksi yhteisöllisyyden kehittämistä niin työelämän kuin opiskelijoidenkin kanssa.

This article describes the main results of an ethnographic study on citizen participation carried out in the context of the development of the Urban Initiative (2007-2015): Cuenca-Barrio de San Antón. Managed by the City Council of Cuenca and financed by the European Regional Development Funds (FEDER) under the Ministry of Economy and Finance at the Government of Spain The results of the research show how in the context of the application of neoliberal policies, citizen participation becomes the trigger for new conflicts between institutions and citizens. Challenge is a key motivation for videogame play. But what kind of challenge types videogames include, and which of them players prefer? This article answers the above questions by developing and validating Videogame Challenge Inventory (CHA), a psychometrically sound measurement for investigating players’ challenge preferences in videogames. Based on a comprehensive review of literature, we developed a 38-item version of CHA that was included in a social media user survey (N=813).
