Some families of big and stable bundles on $K3$ surfaces and on their Hilbert schemes of points

Here we investigate meaningful families of vector bundles on a very general polarized $K3$ surface $(X,H)$ and on the corresponding Hyper--Kaehler variety given by the Hilbert scheme of points $X^{[k]}:= {\rm Hilb}^k(X)$, for any integer $k \geqslant 2$. In particular, we prove results concerning bigness and stability of such bundles. First, we give conditions on integers $n$ such that the twist of the tangent bundle of $X$ by the line bundle $nH$ is big and stable on~$X$; we then prove a similar result for a natural twist of the tangent bundle of $X^{[k]}$. International audience; This paper presents an extension of the BIM technology that allows to manage information during the entire lifecycle of an AEC project. Usually, AEC projects and facility management are dissociated. Our building information system plays a central role in the improvement of the design and the management process. The building activity generates a great number of data and information of various kinds. The management and the communication of these data by the various participants is complex. Our design and management methods use IFC files to facilitate the sharing process for a better qualification and validation of data.
Mapping properties of weakly singular periodic volume potentials in Roumieu classes

The analysis of the dependence of integral operators on perturbations plays an important role in the study of inverse problems and of perturbed boundary value problems. In this paper, we focus on the mapping properties of the volume potentials with weakly singular periodic kernels. Our main result is to prove that the map which takes a density function and a periodic kernel to a (suitable restriction of the) volume potential is bilinear and continuous with values in a Roumieu class of analytic functions. : Opinions of involved People and external Assessment : a Comparison in the Framework of an after school Programme

This article confronts two ordinary approaches towards assessment process in education. In order to assess the effectiveness of a "study support", the first approach focuses on the opinions of involved people while the second one uses some statistical indicators. The comparison has been drawn up both on assessment tools and results (i.e; gaining a place in the programme, school achievement). The main result shows that those two approaches lead to opposite results and it strongly questions the validity of the assessment and the way people who are involved in education use it.
On some flaws of university rankings: The example of the SCImago report

International audience; Using France as our main example, we show there is a much scope for improving the SCImago ranking. We detect problems of nomenclature, double affiliation, aggregation and of bias toward large public-funded research organizations. The output per scholar is more important than the output per organization. The examples we cite suggest that only detailed knowledge of the situation can help in addressing the issue and take us beyond any automatic reading of the metadata.

Our proposal is based on the IFC standard, which is used in the field of Civil Engineering to build digital models of buildings during the design phase.
