The development of e-commerce is both a source of unprecedented competition for physical stores but also an opportunity to think about their commercial proposition. Creating a unique and memorable experience for their customers has become the major challenge for retailers today. Based on a literature review and customer interviews, this paper suggests four major values of shopping experience -simplicity, efficiency, inspiration and interaction -and their variations. Implications and guidelines are address to retailers willing to develop easily their experience offer.
To make room or not to make room: clients’ narratives about exclusion and inclusion of spirituality in family therapy practice

This empirical article presents four narratives from an ongoing qualitative PhD project about spirituality and family therapeutic practice. Using case studies and narrative vignettes, the article presents client perspectives on being able to discuss their spirituality in therapy, and the repercussions when therapists exclude it. The article refers to current research and provides some reflections on how we can understand spirituality in the context of family therapeutic practice; therapists for holistic, cultural, and ethical reasons should acknowledge the client’s spirituality. Purpose: To validate the activities and participation components of The International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF). Methods: In this cross-sectional study, 113 Finnish community-dwelling persons with MS were assessed using a semi-structured interview provided by the Canadian Occupational Performance Measure (COPM) to capture participants’ self-perceived problems in everyday activities and participation. Problems were linked to the ICF categories. Results: Participants identified 527 of the most important occupational performance problems. H2S: A Secure and Efficient Data Aggregative Retrieval Scheme in Unattended Wireless Sensor Networks

In unattended wireless sensor networks, data are stored locally and retrieved on demand. To efficiently transmit the collector’s retrieval results, data are aggregated along being forwarded. The data confidentiality and integrity should be protected at the intermediate nodes. End-to-end encryption or hop-by-hop encryption based schemes are not efficient. Straightforward homomorphic encryption based scheme is not compromise resilient. To achieve all the desires, we propose a scheme - H2S by making use of both homomorphic secret sharing and homomorphic encryption. The security and efficiency of our scheme are justified by extensive analysis.
