Zur Bestimmung kleiner Zinkmengen in salzsauren Losungen ist die inverse Wechselspannungsvoltammetrie geeignet. Besonderheiten des Einflusses der Elektrolysezeit und kleinerer Kupfergehalte werden beschrieben. Die Standardabweichung der Einzelbestimmung mit 50 ng Zn/ml betrug ± 1,6%.

Parthenolide (PT) is a sesquiterpene lactone isolated from Tanacetum parthenium. In this study, PT showed varying cytotoxic effects against different solid tumor cell lines. HCT116 (p53+/+) colon carcinoma cells and their parental HCT116 knockout p53 (p53-/-) cell lines showed a resistance degree of 2.36. On the other hand, wild-type U87.MG cells or cells transfected with a deletion-activated EGFR cDNA (U87.MGΔEGFR) exhibited slight sensitivity toward PT. Im Rahmen dieser Studie sollte untersucht werden, ob sich eine diffusionsgewichtete Sequenz eignet, unter Ausnutzung der anisotropen Diffusionsverhaltnisse entlang der Markfasern die Zentralregion (ZR) bei Probanden und Patienten verlasslich darzustellen. Funf Patienten mit Hirntumoren und 20 gesunde Probanden wurden an einem klinischen 1,5-TMR-Tomographen untersucht. Whilst offering a high chance for cure, it does not come without a significant impact on health-related quality of life. Herein we review the common adverse effects RP may have over the course of time.Methods: A collaborative narrative review was performed with the identification of the principal studies on the topic. Loss of neurons in the hippocampus correlates with memory impairment in AD. Significant early reduction in the numerical density of hippocampal SOM interneurons was found in single (APPswe) and double (APPswe/ PS1dE9 and APPswe/TauP301S-G272V) transgenic models based on APP over expression and amyloid production. However, this inhibitory population was unaffected in age-matched single PS1 and tau transgenic mice as well as nontransgenic controls. Whereas SOM neuron loss in APPswe/PS1dE9 was associated to the onset of extracellular amyloid pathology in double APP/ tau mice this loss preceded plaque formation. Resume Les cancers du rein non a cellules claires representent pres de 25 % de l’ensemble des cancers du rein, et constituent un groupe de tumeurs tres heterogenes a la fois en termes de varietes histologiques, mais egalement d’anomalies biologiques oncogeniques. La presentation clinique ainsi que le pronostic des patients sont egalement tres variables. Compte tenu de la rarete de chaque entite tumorale, il n’existe que tres peu d’essais cliniques ayant porte sur une variete bien definie de cancer non a cellules claires.
