On coincidence and common fixed point theorems of eight self-maps satisfying an FM-contraction condition

In this paper, a new type of contraction for several self-mappings of a metric space, called FM-contraction, is introduced. This extends the one presented for a single map by Wardowski [Fixed points of a new type of contractive mappings in complete metric spaces, Fixed Point Theory Appl., 2012:94, 2012]. Coincidence and common fixed point of eight self mappings satisfying FM-contraction conditions are established via common limit range property without exploiting the completeness of the space or the continuity of the involved maps. Common fixed point results on quasi-Banach spaces and integral equations

In this paper we obtain fixed and common fixed point theorems for self-mappings defined on a closed and convex subset C of a quasi-Banach space. We give also a constructive method for finding the common fixed points of the involved mappings. As an application we obtain a result of the existence of solutions of integral equations.
Generalized (varphi,psi)-weak contractions involving (f,g)-reciprocally continuous maps in fuzzy metric spaces

We introduce the notion of (f,g)-reciprocal continuity in fuzzy metric spaces and prove a common fixed point theorem for a pair of sub-compatible maps by employing a generalized (varphi,psi)-weak contraction. As an application of our result, we prove a theorem for a (varphi,psi)-weak cyclic contraction in fuzzy metric spaces.
Common fixed points of generalized Mizoguchi-Takahashi type contractions in partial metric spaces

We give some common fixed point results for multivalued mappings in the setting of complete partial metric spaces. Our theorems extend and complement analogous results in the existing literature on metric and partial metric spaces. Finally, we provide an example to illustrate the new theory.

Recently, L. G. Huang and X. Zhang [J. Math. Anal. Appl. 332 (2007), no. 2, 1468–1476; MR2324351 (2008d:47111)] defined cone metric spaces by substituting an order normed space for the real numbers and proved some fixed point theorems. In this paper the authors prove a common fixed point theorem for four non-self-mappings in the framework of cone metric spaces. This result is an extension of a common fixed point theorem of Radenović and Rhoades for two non-self-mappings. The paper also contains some illustrative examples. The purpose of this paper is to extend the notion of (phi,psi)-weak contraction to intuitionistic fuzzy metric spaces, by using an altering distance function. We obtain common fixed point results in intuitionistic fuzzy metric spaces, which generalize several known results from the literature.
