El presente trabajo aborda el estudio de las imágenes de los ángeles militares en los virreinatos americanos y su interpretación a partir de la función cultural de las imágenes. Para ello se analizan las distintas tipologías visuales del arcángel san Miguel en el virreinato de Nueva España y su uso regiopolítico, la definición beligerante del resto de ángeles en la tradición teológica y la imagen de los conocidos como arcángeles arcabuceros. Engineering students’ conceptions of entrepreneurial learning as part of their education

The purpose of this study was to examine what kinds of conceptions of entrepreneurial learning engineering students expressed in an entrepreneurship course integrated in their study programme. The data were collected during an entrepreneurship course in Estonia that was organised for fourth-year engineering students, using video-recorded group interviews (N = 48) and individual in-depth interviews (N = 16). As a result of the phenomenographic analysis, four qualitatively distinctive conceptions of entrepreneurial learning were discerned. The article is a philosophical analysis of the meaning structure of two competing conceptions of marriage with regard to children’s right to develop their sexual identity. These two conceptions of marriage make different metaphysical assumptions about human nature, which lead to different conceptions about the preconditions of children’s sexual development. Children’s beliefs concerning school transition

This study examines preschoolers’ beliefs concerning their transfer into primary education. Data from 1386 Finnish preschoolers were obtained using interviews with parents at the end of the children’s preschool year. The qualitative content analysis revealed categories, which encompassed peer relationships, relationship with teacher, learning, formal schoolwork, informal activities, comfortable school entry and no concerns. This article presents some results of an intercultural study on personal conceptions of intelligence. The sample includes 1,540 students, 811 Italians and 729 Portuguese, from both sexes and of different socioeconomic statuses, of secondary Grades 10 and 12 and of the 1st grade of several university courses in both countries. l contributo analizza l’impatto che il recente inserimento dell’ambiente in Costituzione può dispiegare in ambito penale, tanto rispetto all’ambiente quale oggetto della tutela penale, quanto sul versante della selezione dei modelli di illecito, soffermandosi in particolare sul problema delle possibili ricadute penalistiche del nuovo vincolo di solidarietà ecologica di tipo intergenerazionale. Seguendo il fil rouge del bene giuridico, la seconda parte del saggio ricostruisce invece i punti critici e le prospettive di sviluppo del diritto penale ambientale internazionale, alla luce della nozione di ambiente quale bene giuridico comune ed universale.
