Past research suggests that certain content features of conspiracy theories may foster their credibility. In two experimental studies (N = 293), we examined whether conspiracy theories that explicitly offer a broad explanation for the respective phenomena and/or identify potential threat posed by conspirators are granted more credibility than conspiracy theories lacking such information. Furthermore, we tested whether people with a pronounced predisposition to believe in conspiracies are particularly susceptible to such information. International audience; Context-aware mobile learning is becoming important because of the dynamic and continually changing learning settings in learner's mobile environment, giving rise to many different learning contexts that are difficult to apprehend. To provide personalization of learning content, we aim to develop a recommender system based on semantic modeling of learning contents and learning context. This modeling is complemented by a behavioral part made up of rules and metaheuristics used to optimize the combination of pieces of learning contents according to learner's context. All these elements form a new approach to mobile learning.

The historical evolution of the criteria for recognition is only a reflection of the historical evolution of the functions that the act of recognition has fulfilled, and is fulfilling today in international law. Among the various possibilities, this contribution identifies at least 5 functions historically fulfilled by the act of recognition: co-optation, recognition, promotion, sanction, validation. Thus, the idea developed is that by virtue of the function fulfilled, the role played by different types of criteria of legitimacy, legality, effectiveness is destined to change.
