Abstract Research has progressed in theoretically and conceptually defining career sustainability and its indicators. However, research is needed to understand the relationship between those indicators and the way individual and organizational factors contribute to it over time. We add to this literature by considering performance and wellbeing as indicators of sustainable careers. To associate research data to the published results favors their reuse by the scientific community, but this does not afford sufficient guarantees of preservation. To store them in databases solves this contingency and provides visibility, but in Spain there are not many services of this kind. For this reason, we describe, evaluate and discuss the pros and cons of foreign multidisciplinary data repositories that can be useful for researchers and information managers: Dryad, Figshare, Zenodo and Dataverse. It is still early to choose optimally and definitively one or the other application, so we conclude with recommendations to guide the user community and intermediaries.

International audience; GC-O using the detection frequency method gives a list of odor events (OEs) where each OE is described by a linear retention index (LRI) and by the aromatic descriptor given by a human assessor. The aim of the experimenter is to gather OEs in a total olfactogram on which he tries to delimit odorant areas (OAs), then to compute each detection frequency. This paper proposes a computerized mathematical method based on kernel density estimation that makes up the total olfactogram as continuous and differentiable function from the OEs LRI only. Learning music requires time and effort. However, many skills can be automatized in less time-consuming and effortful ways. International audience; Free-Comment (FC) and Check-All-That-Apply (CATA) provide a contingency table containing citation counts of descriptors by products. The analyses performed on this table are most often related to the chi-square statistic. However, such practices are not well suited because they consider experimental units as being the citations (one descriptor for one product by one subject) while the evaluations (vector of citations for one product by one subject) should be considered instead. Irrelevant aspects of the environment or irrelevant attributes of task-relevant stimuli can have important and reliable effects on behavior. When the specific values of an irrelevant stimulus attribute are correlated with different responses, a correlational-cuing effect is observed: faster and more accurate responses when the correlation is positive than when it is negative. In a previous work, Mineo and Ruggieri (2005) introduce a new index to measure the association in square contingency tables; in this paper such an index is extended to rectangular tables, preserving the same properties. The considered domain includes all the contingency tables with equal n (the total number of observations), since the tables of maximum dependence, useful for computing the denominator of the proposed index, belong to it.
