A New Simple Static Method for the Determination of Solubilities of Condensed Compounds in Supercritical Fluids

Abstract A simple static method based on gravimetric measurements has been adopted to measure the solubility of benzenecarboxylic acid, 2-hydroxy-benzenecarboxylic acid, 4-hydroxy-benzenecarboxylic acid and 1,8-dihydroxyanthraquinone along several isotherms in the temperature range 318–357 K and the pressure interval 7–23 MPa. Solubility data have been correlated with the Zieger–Eckert approach, using the Fedor atomic and group contribution method to estimate the solubility parameter and the molar volume of the solutes. El desarrollo de la tradición alfarera en Ribesalbes, y el posterior establecimiento de las primeras fábricas de loza, a finales del siglo XVIII, viene determinado por los condicionantes naturales e históricos de la villa; así como por la influencia decisiva de la Real Manufactura del conde de Aranda, en la vecina población de L’Alcora. En este trabajo, a partir de diversas fuentes documentales primarias, entre las que cabe destacar los libros sacramentales del Archivo Parroquial de Ribesalbes, y la Contribución general de 1817, se constata la presencia de olleros en la Baronía, a principios del siglo XVIII. Consistent vapor–liquid equilibrium data for the ternary system 1-pentanol–1-propanol–water is reported at 101.3 kPa at temperatures in the range of 362–393 K. The VLE data were satisfactorily correlated with UNIQUAC model. Background. Fabry disease (FD) is an X-linked inherited disease based on the absence or reduction of lysosomal-galactosidase (Gla) activity. The enzymatic defect results in progressive impairment of cerebrovascular, renal and cardiac function. Normally, female heterozygote mutation carriers are less strongly affected than male hemizygotes aggravating disease diagnosis. Method. Close examination of the patients by renal biopsy, echo- and electrocardiography and MRI. Blood work and subsequent DNA analysis were carried out utilizing approved protocols for PCR and Sequencing.
