Jest to instytucja drugiej szansy edukacyjnej, która podejmuje pracę z młodzieżą wykluczoną społecznie i trudną wychowawczo. Praca wychowawcza powoduje, że młodzież ta w dużej części uzyskuje kwalifikacje zawodowe pozwalające im założyć rodzinę i kształtować odpowiedzialnie własną ścieżkę życia. Losy absolwentów świadczą pozytywnie o pracy edukacyjno-wychowawczej struktur OHP.

RésuméCet article fait état d’un dialogue avec M. Marcel Nuss, atteint depuis l’enfance d’une grave amyotrophie spinale, à propos de l’expérience du corps vécu. Il s’agit d’abord de décrire la manière dont une personne ordinaire ressent son corps, notamment par l’intermédiaire de la phénoménologie de Maurice Merleau-Ponty, puis de confronter certaines hypothèses à l’expérience d’une personne en situation de handicap. One of the elements of the process of modernization of the two armies of the Poland in the second and third decade of the eighteenth century was an attempt to improve the quality of the officers' staff.However, it took place only in the foreign part of the crown. In the years 1717-1724, its corps of officers was filled by a large group, over 100 officers, who possessed some professional experience of military service in the armies of Western Europe, primarily in Saxony. This undoubtedly contributed to the loyalty of this officer corps to the king, but did not lead to the strengthening of the military capabilities of the Polish army.

The article discusses source materials for history o f Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth Dietines, found in archival legacy o f Ludwig Gruno, Prince o f Hesse-Homburg. The documents are part o f field chancellery o f the prince, currently preserved in the Military-Historical Museum of Engineer and Signal Corps in St. Petersburg among over a thousand of letters, documents and files illustrating his achievements as commander o f Russian armies in the Caucasus and Poland in 1732-1736. The documents pertain mostly to tsarist army exacting war tribute in form o f food and feed in South- Eastern voivodeships from autumn 1734 to 1736.
