The purpose of this paper is to explore whether collaborating with public research organizations (PROs) contributes to strengthening the innovation culture of small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs). We examine to what extent their innovation culture is reinforced by collaborations with research organizations and investigate the type of organizational strategies that enhance this effect of collaboration. The empirical study is based on a survey of firms that collaborate with the largest Spanish PRO, Spanish National Research Council (CSIC). The aim of this paper is to share some observations on the role of the French Constitutional Court in the management of the health emergency caused by Sars-CoV-19. Particularly, to examine the Decision n. 799-2020, in which the Court ruled on the constitutional conformity of the organic law 30 March 2020, which declared the suspension of deadlines to transmit and decide on the priority issue of constitutionality (QPC). Advanced Large Homogeneous Area Medium Band Redshift Astronomical (ALHAMBRA) is photometric survey designed to trace the cosmic evolution and cosmic variance. It covers a large area of ~4 deg2 in eight fields, where seven fields overlap with other surveys, allowing us to have complementary data in other wavelengths. All observations were carried out in 20 continuous, medium band (30 nm width) optical and 3 near-infrared (JHK) bands, providing the precise measurements of photometric redshifts. The ALHAMBRA survey: accurate merger fractions derived by PDF analysis of photometrically close pairs

[Aims]: Our goal is to develop and test a novel methodology to compute accurate close-pair fractions with photometric redshifts. [Methods]: We improved the currently used methodologies to estimate the merger fraction fm from photometric redshifts by (i) using the full probability distribution functions (PDFs) of the sources in redshift space; (ii) including the variation in the luminosity of the sources with z in both the sample selection and the luminosity ratio constrain; and (iii) splitting individual PDFs into red and blue spectral templates to reliably work with colour selections.We tested the performance of our new methodology with the PDFs provided by the ALHAMBRA photometric survey.…

Il presente scritto mira ad evidenziare taluni aspetti problematici della istituzione della IV Sezione del Consiglio di Stato nel 1889 e la valenza liberale della riforma crispina nel riportare le sorti dell’ordinamento italiano sulla via maestra del contenzioso amministrativo. Fu necessario un compromesso con la formale sopravvivenza della legge del 1865, che si fondava invece sull’opposto principio del monismo giurisdizionale, secondo la tradizione dei liberali francesi, come De Broglie, e del modello belga. In the present note, the occurrence and distribution of this species is reviewed based both on the review of the available literature data and field collecting. Although a noteworthy reduction in the distribution range of the species seems to have taken place in Sicily in the course of the XX century, Hirudo verbana was confirmed to be still present in several sites located both within and out of Natura2000 sites. How regional industries can develop in an economically sustainable way is high on the research agenda. While the literature on regional change has focused primarily on historical case studies, it has said less about the barriers that hinder the desired change. This article contributes to a better understanding of barriers in regional innovation systems that hamper new regional industrial path development. Furthermore, the article analyses how a new knowledge organisation, the Centre for Research‐based Innovation Offshore Mechatronics in the Agder region of Norway, can contribute to overcoming these barriers.
