HIV remains a threat to the ordinary everyday life of older woman in African society. In what can be called “a reality shock,” HIV challenges most of the ordinary everyday endeavors in conservative African societies as it imposes new Western prevention, treatment, and health-management methods over long-held African traditions. The article concentrates mainly on the role model of a courageous woman, and to emphasize the characteristic meaning of fight, both the spiritual as well as armed, which is - according to the author of the text — a strong trend of interpreting national history and a characteristic element for edu- cation. It has led to the formation of a positive image of a woman-Christian heroine commemorated in next centuries.

The text of the article is an analysis of Gregory of Nazianzus’ comments on Christian perfection. They were selected from his letters written in his family regions after returning from Constantinople, where he occupied for two years the position in the episcopal capital. It was a period of almost ten years of his life, until his death in 390, in which he contacted many people mainly through letters, because weak health prevented him from traveling frequently. The Use of Latent Semantic Analysis in the Positive Psychology: A Comparison with Twitter Posts

In the last decade, the positive psychology and specifically the 'Positive Youth Development' (PYD) give efforts to positive aspect and strength that performance as protective factors of adjustment problems and psycho-social well-being, such as courage. To better understand the definition of courage in Italian context, 1199 participants were involved in the present study and we asked them to answer to the following question "Courage is...". The participant's definitions of courage were analyzed with the Latent Semantic Analysis (LSA), in order to study the "fundamental concepts" arising from the population. An analogous comparison with Twitter posts has been also carried out.

Can we organize courage? Implications of Foucault's parrhesia

Ethics in organizations, raising concerns, and whistleblowing have been previously theorized through Foucault's work on the power/knowledge bond. However, approaching these issues through the work from Foucault's third period on parrhesia, or fearless speech remains an underdeveloped route. This paper contributes to this emerging research stream. Based on Foucault's work on parrhesia, and the importance of courage for fearless speech to occur, we theorize the possibility of critique within organizations as a moment of disorganizing, which requires a chain of parrhesia where not only the speaker but also the hearer requires courage.
