Actors’ Dynamic Value Co-creation and Co-destruction Behavior in Service Systems : A Structured Literature Review

This paper investigates resource integration and social interaction as the two core processes of value co-creation and co-destruction in a service system. We applied a structured literature review as our research methodology to develop a framework to depict the components of value co-creation and co-destruction processes and to understand the behavioral drivers of service system actors as well as the positive and negative value outcomes derived through resource integration and social interaction. During a survey, carried out to assess the consistency of microcrustacean fauna inhabiting temporary ponds in Sicily, Hemidiaptomus (Occidodiaptomus) ingens (Gurney, 1909), a large calanoid copepod up to now known only for North-African ponds, Camargue and Corse, was found in the north-western part of the island. Due to its central location in the Mediterranean Sea, Sicily represents a transition zone where several chorological zones of the West Palearctic merge and converge. Metadiaptomus chevreuxi (Guerne & Richard 1894), a diaptomid calanoid copepod belonging to the subfamily Paradiaptominae, has been found in two neighbouring temporary pools in the Egadi Archipelago (Sicily, southern Italy). This finding constitutes the first record of a representative of this subfamily in Italy and the second known European record for this species. M. chevreuxi, commonly found in the arid areas of Maghreb, has already been reported to occur in Mallorca Island (Balearic Archipelago, Spain), while it seems to be rare in the eastern quadrants of the Mediterranean basin. Settore ICAR/21 - UrbanisticaIn a framework in which the crisis is globalized but unequal and in the absence of a welfare system capable of responding to the urgencies of the most marginalized contexts and social groups a response to the new social and individual needs has been offered by networks of solidarity and from bottom-up mobilization practices that play a role of territorial agency often independently or in the absence of institutions. In the Palermo context a commitment made by a plurality of cultural subjects already active in the area gathered in a public assembly (Palermo si cura) during the period of the first lockdown gave rise to mutual aid actions to respond to the economic emergency and social and offer a proposal to cure the fragility of the city based not on charity but on the claim of a political dimension of collective action. Starting from the analysis of initiatives such as "Un sorriso per Ballarò" and "Abbiamo un (bi)sogno" the contribution analyzes the role the incidence and the fragility of these experiences in providing answers - often filling gaps - to a general interest and how these processes of value creation can hopefully contribute to the construction of local government policies capable of addressing emerging issues.

L’art. 32 della legge n. 183/2010 ha sollevato molteplici questioni applicative legate alla sua infelice formulazione. Il saggio analizza il controverso perimetro applicativo del comma 4, lett. c) e d), inerenti rispettivamente la cessione del contratto di lavoro avvenuta ai sensi dell’art. 2112 c.c. e i casi in cui si chieda la costituzione o l’accertamento di un rapporto di lavoro in capo a un soggetto diverso dal titolare del contratto. L’Autore fornisce le coordinate per una corretta interpretazione, opportunamente restrittiva, delle previsioni decadenziali alla luce del dato letterale e del diritto dell’Unione europea.

This essay analyses the controversial issue of the meaning of paragraph 4 letter c) and letter d) which concern respectively the transfer of the employment contract in accordance with Art. 2112 Civil Code and the creation and/or the ascertaining of an employment relationship with someone other than the holder of the contract. The Author provides the coordinates for a proper and duly restrictive understanding of the norms on limitation in the light of its literal interpretation and in accordance with EU law.
