The development of the strike in the international order can appreciate richness and diversity of the collective expression of workers, it also increased competition from different national laws. The absence of a regulation reflects the difficulty of controlling the legal concept and it creates a conflict of laws and courts. The need for the adoption of rules of conflict, which determines the law and the competent court, has therefore become necessary to provide an answer to this conflict problem. The purpose of this manuscript is to exhibit the research work solving the issue of data processing stem from defect localization techniques. This step being decisive in the failure analysis process, scientists have to harness data coming from light emission and laser techniques. Nevertheless, this analysis process is sequential and only depends on the expert’s decision. This factor leads to a not quantified probability of localization. We test the motives expressed by the managers to use the non-financial indicators so that the performance of the fi rm would increase. Is that really the main reason explaining the choice of the non-financial indicators ? Our study is based on a theoretical research distinguishing the Knowledge-based perspective from the Contractual one. Is that distinction relevant ? Within this framework, is it possible to discriminate firms types according to their use of the nonfinancial indicators ?

The main threat to agricultural crops are weeds with herbicides being the primary cropping management practice. Due to the negative impact of herbicides on health and environment, their use must be reduced. To replace herbicides, numerous cropping practices need to be implemented. This makes weed management more complicated and, together with necessity of scheduling operations at long-term and the multiplicity of cropping system impacts, explains why models are so useful for designing innovative cropping systems.
