Tämän tutkimuksen tavoitteena oli tunnistaa vammaisten ihmisten käyttämien sosiaalipalveluiden asiakasvuorovaikutukseen liittyviä diskursseja, jotka ilmenevät asiakkaiden keskusteluissa sosiaalisessa mediassa. Keskusteluista analysoitiin, kuinka sosiaalipalveluiden asiakkaat representoivat asiakkaan ja sosiaalipalveluiden työntekijän ja kuinka keskusteluissa representoidaan asiakas-työntekijävuorovaikutusta.
