Rakstam ir divas daļas: teorētiskā un praktiskā daļa. Teorētiskajā daļā es skaidrošu, kas ir izglītojošā semiotika (edusemiotics) un kā tajā tiek definēta mūsdienu sabiedrībai atbilstoša izglītība un zīmju loma mācību procesā un vispārējās dzīves pieredzes gūšanā. Tad pavisam īsi formulēšu, kas ir multimodāli teksti un kā tie aplūkojami mācību procesa kontekstā. Savukārt praktiskajā daļā es piedāvāšu tēmas “Dalīšanās ar mīlestību” izvērsumu 7.–9. klasei. Tiivistelmä – Abstract Tämä opinnäytetyö soveltaa semioottista lähestymistapaa Kiinassa Durex-kondomituotteelle tarkoitetun ”Perfect Fit” mainoksen seksuaalisen sisällön analysoinnissa. Valittu teoria pohjautuu pohjimmiltaan kaksiosaiseen merkityksen rakentumiseen Barthesin Mythologioiden mukaan, joka puolestaan rakentuu Saussuren kehittämälle lingvistiselle ja strukturaaliselle merkkijärjestelmälle. Nanoparticle contrast agents for MRI may aid in identifying atherosclerotic lesions that give rise to ischemic events by means of penetration and retention in the plaque. These imaging agents may provide valuable information regarding plaque characteristics which can help determine the risk of plaque rupture. By increasing molecular flexibility or adding a means of specifically targeting ligands via antibody or peptide, nanoparticles can enhance certain regions of the atherosclerotic plaque. Abstract Background The query “are there animals at home?” is usually administered for collecting information on anamnesis. This modality to consider exposure to pet allergens constitutes a potential bias in epidemiological studies and in clinical practice. The aim of our study was to evaluate/quantify different modalities of exposure to cat/dog in inducing allergic sensitization. Methods Thirty Italian Allergy units participated in this study. Plašsaziņas līdzekļi ir spēcīgs instruments valdošās sabiedrības daļas rokās, lai izplatītu ideoloģijai atbilstošas idejas. Šo darbu paveic attiecīgi izvēlēti valodas līdzekļi, kas ļauj uzsvērt vai, tieši otrādi, apslēpt dažādus uzskatus. Darba mērķis bija izpētīt, kā Ukrainas krīze tiek atspoguļota medijos no Krievijas, Ukrainas un Rietumu perspektīvas. Iegūtie dati, kurus veidoja 45 ziņu reportāžas, tika analizēti, izmantojot kritisko diskursa analīzi, un tika izvērtēta leksika, mākslinieciskie izteiksmes līdzekļi, modalitāte un transitivitāte.
