Extramammary Paget's disease of the penis.

This case report describes a penile location of Paget's disease with delayed diagnosis due to initial outside treatment for several suspected benign dermatological disorders until surgery was eventually performed with confirmation of a Paget lesion of the penis. Diagnosis and therapy of this rare urologic disease are discussed and the literature is reviewed.

Stability, or robust [Dscr ]-stability analysis of computer network considered as a dynamic system, relies on increasing the speed of data transmission while minimizing the queuing time delays of its packets in the router buffers that can affect the overall data flow of the network traffic. We consider a zero exclusion condition as an effective method for testing and analyzing the computer networks stability. The β-delayed neutron emission probability, Pn, of very neutron-rich nuclei allows us to achieve a better understanding of the nuclear structure above the neutron separation energy, Sn. The emission of neutrons can become the dominant decay process in neutron-rich astrophysical phenomena such as the rapid neutron capture process (r-process). There are around 600 accessible isotopes for which β-delayed one-neutron emission (β1n) is energetically allowed, but the branching ratio has only been determined for about one third of them. β1n decays have been experimentally measured up to the mass A ∼ 150, plus a single measurement of 210Tl. Phase-delayed laser diode array allows ultrasonic guided wave mode selection and tuning

Selecting and tuning modes are useful in ultrasonic guided wave non-destructive testing (NDT) since certain modes at various center frequencies are sensitive to specific types of defects. Ideally one should be able to select both the mode and the center frequency of the launched waves. We demonstrated that an affordable laser diode array can selectively launch either the S0 or A0 ultrasonic wave mode at a chosen center frequency into a polymer plate. Also available from the publisher at: http://www.math.kobe-u.ac.jp/~fe/ We study oscillatory behavior of a class of second-order neutral differential equations relating oscillation of these equations to existence of positive solutions to associated first-order functional differential inequalities. Our assumptions allow applications to differential equations with both delayed and advanced arguments, and not only.
