Darba autori diplomdarbā “Profesiju izpētes metodes priekšmetā “Dizains un tehnoloģijas” skolēnu sagatavošanai tālākizglītības izvēlei” izstrādāja un aprobēja trīs veida metodes, kas balstītas veiktajā literatūras izpētē. Teorētiskajā daļā ir apskatītas skolēnu tālākās izglītības izvēles, to statistika un kādi projekti tiek piedāvāti Latvijā un pasaulē, lai veicinātu skolēnu izpratni par profesiju specifiku, kas palīdz skolēniem pieņemt lēmumus, kāda profesija viņus interesē vairāk un ko izvēlēties tālāk studēt. Privātskološana un vecāku satraukums par izglītību Ķīnas "dubultās samazināšanas" politikas kontekstā

Privātskološanas izplatība politikas veidotājiem rada grūtības. Ķīnas “Dubultās samazināšanas” politika paredz samazināt privātskološanu, lai atvieglotu slodzi skolēniem. Šī darba mērķis ir atrast galvenos cēloņus, kāpēc vecākiem ir trauksme par savu bērnu izglītību, meklējot saistību starp privātskološanu un vecāku satraukumu par bērnu izglītību. Pētījums ir balstīts uz literatūras izpēti un anketu, kurā piedalījās 656 vecāki, kuru bērni ir 1. līdz 12. klases skolēni Ķīnā. Women currently outnumber men in obtaining undergraduate degrees but are underrepresented within STEM fields. However, women’s representation varies by STEM field, and even further by STEM subfield. One field that has held a persistent low representation of women is physics. This paper seeks to uncover the truth behind an anecdotal claim that the subfield of physics education research (PER) has a higher representation of women than physics as a whole. Graduate students in PER completed an online survey to assess their demographics, trajectory in PER, climate experiences, and goals for their research. A rich amount of fossil remains of a highly diversified vertebrate fauna, known as “Mikrotia fauna”, has been retrieved from the red soil deposits (Terre Rosse) which fill the extensive palaeokarst network that affects the Mesozoic limestone along the north-western slopes of Mount Gargano (Southern Italy). The faunal assemblages reveal a rather complex history of bioevents such as dispersals and extinctions, which occurred when the area was isolated. These reconstructions were based on the materials collected during the seventies and the eighties of the last century.
