Celem artykułu jest ukazanie teoretycznych zasad, na których opiera się współczesny dialog międzykonfesyjny i międzyreligijny, oraz ich odpowiedniości z zasadą fair play. W pierwszym punkcie dokonano ogólnego wyjaśnienia znaczenia zasady fair play, wskazując jednocześnie na jej aksjologię. W kolejnych punktach zarysowano historię relacji międzyreligijnych i międzykonfesyjnych, które ze stanu pierwotnej wrogości i niechęci przekształciły się w stan dialogu. Le financement des partenaires sociaux après la loi Sapin du 5 mars 2014

National audience; La loi Sapin du 5 mars 2014, relative à la formation professionnelle, à l'emploi et à la démocratie sociale n'a pas résolu les problèmes de fond posés par la formation continue des salariés. Elle instaure, à compter de 2015, une taxe sur les salaires visant à financer le "dialogue social", c'est-à-dire les organisations syndicales et patronales. Les quelques données publiées après la première année d'application montrent comment le produit de cette taxe, auquel s'ajoute une subvention de l'Etat, constitue la principale ressource des partenaires sociaux et que l'équilibre interne des organisations syndicales a été modifié au profit des directions centrales.
Global connectedness in higher education : student voices on the value of cross-cultural learning dialogue

The study explores how sense of global connectedness can be enhanced by creating opportunities for cross-cultural dialogue in higher education. Thematic analysis of randomly selected 15 learning journals, students’ reflections on their learning during an international seminar was used to identify students’ significant learning experiences. The results emphasise the added value of diversity (geographical, disciplinary, cultural and social) among students, faculty and invited presenters for creating meaningful learning. W artykule przedstawiam wyniki jakościowej i ilościowej analizy 555 pytań zawartych w scenariuszach lekcji języka polskiego, których autorami są studenci III roku filologii polskiej. Posiłkuję się przy tym klasyfikacją Elizabeth Perrott, która, uwzględniając „taksonomię celów edukacyjnych” Benjamina Blooma, zaproponowała podział pytań ze względu na typ procesu myślowego uruchomianego podczas odpowiedzi, wyróżniając pytania niższego rzędu (przypominanie, zrozumienie, zastosowanie) oraz pytania wyższego rzędu (analiza, synteza i ewaluacja). This thesis asks the question “What is the role of journalism in social innovation?” It explores how journalism is redefined when it engages in the creation of “the new” in society. The study analyzes four cases of journalism-related social innovation in two countries – the USA and Finland: a contentious national media event; crowdsourcing for legislation; a series of dialogic innovation workshops in Finland; an environment of data-based civic innovation in the USA.
