Pendant la Grande Guerre, des socialistes soutiennent la politique de défense nationale au sein de l'Union sacrée. Face à la montée en puissance d'une minorité pacifiste au sein du parti à partir de 1915, ces majoritaires doivent affronter la crise de la conscience socialiste que provoque la guerre.Dans la première partie, une série d'articles apporte des éclairages nouveaux et synthétiques sur les majoritaires, généralement mal connus voire méprisés, dans l'historiographie.La seconde partie est composée de reproductions d'archives, d'articles et de documents inédits qui permettent au lecteur de se confronter aux écrits des majoritaires et démontrent la nécessité de cette nouvelle histoire.
Do graphical overviews facilitate or hinder comprehension in hypertext?

Educational hypertexts usually include graphical overviews, conveying the structure of the text schematically with the aim of fostering comprehension. Despite the claims about their relevance, there is currently no consensus on the impact that hypertext overviews have on the reader's comprehension. In the present paper we have explored how hypertext overviews might affect comprehension with regard to (a) the time at which students read the overview and (b) the hypertext difficulty. ABSTRACTBuilt in the first half of the 13th century on behalf of the Emperor Frederick II, the Maniace Castle of Siracusa focuses its enigma in the hypostyle hall (which was composed of 25 quadripartite rib vaults) and the design criteria adopted for its implementation. Recent research and a careful rereading of the documentary “restoration project” after the earthquake of 1693 have offered new tools to understand the construction techniques and building procedures for the entire organism. Structural codes are documents which are subject to periodic revision and amendment. The main reason of this is due to developments from theoretical and experimental research. The rules and codes for the design of civil engineering structures which are prepared or which are under preparation by different regional and international organizations are under review. Similarities and differences in the approaches to the reliability — oriented concept of calculated safety verifications on the design stages prescribed in the codes (available to author) are presented in this paper.
