La présentation reviendra sur une démarche de débat citoyen organisé à partir d’une plateforme numérique pensée collectivement durant la crise sanitaire liée au Convid-19. Il s’agit d’opérer un retour critique au sens où nous interrogerons les tenants et les aboutissants d’une telle démarche, entendons les limites et les points forts, les doutes et les certitudes. Archéogéographique du Haut Val Suzon

Nous avons saisi l’opportunité d’une enquête archéologique portant sur une dizaine de sites désertés tous contemporains (XIVe-XVe siècle), débutée en 2003, d’abord en bois de Cestres, puis étendue à l’ensemble du Haut Val Suzon (Côte d’Or) , pour réaliser, concomitamment, une étude archéogéographique du bassin du Haut Val Suzon. Celle-ci a pour objet de contextualiser et mettre en perspective sur le temps long les nombreux habitats désertés qui s’y trouvent.

In this thesis, we address the problem of robust estimation of mean or total electricity consumption curves by sampling in a finite population for the entire population and for small areas. Apprentissage de modalités auxiliaires pour la localisation basée vision

In this paper we present a new training with side modality framework to enhance image-based localization. In order to learn side modality information, we train a fully convo-lutional decoder network that transfers meaningful information from one modality to another. We validate our approach on a challenging urban dataset. Experiments show that our system is able to enhance a purely image-based system by properly learning appearance of a side modality. Compared to state-of-the-art methods, the proposed network is lighter and faster to train, while producing comparable results.

This thesis treats the area of ontology-based cooperation of information systems. We propose a global architecture called OWSCIS that is based on ontologies and web-services for the cooperation of distributed heterogeneous information systems. In this thesis, we focus on the problem of connecting the local information sources to the local ontologies within OWSCIS architecture. This problem is articulated by three main axes: 1) the creation of the local ontology from the local information sources, 2) the mapping of local information sources to an existing local ontology, and 3) the translation of queries over the local ontologies into queries over local information sources.

In this thesis, we are interested in estimating the mean electricity consumption curve. Since the study variable is functional and storage capacities are limited or transmission cost are high survey sampling techniques are interesting alternatives to signal compression techniques. We extend, in this functional framework, estimation methods that take into account available auxiliary information and that can improve the accuracy of the Horvitz-Thompson estimator of the mean trajectory. This thesis is mainly related to color imaging science, involving many disciplines, such as color image enhancement, image formation, color reproduction, optical physics, radiometry, colorimetry, image quality and psychophysics.Dehazing aims at recovering the image information degraded by light scattering, e.g. bad weather.
