The analysis of household survey data regularly conducted by INSEE from 1973 to 1994 allows to detect behaviors about anticipation and perception purpose concerning price and employment. The nature of available information offers the opportunity first to develop a rational expectation test for qualitative data, then to point out expectation errors associated to optimistic and/or pessimistic attitudes for the evolution of these two economic variables. This thesis defines a new approach in urban and building facility management. A production and information management process of the building, its immediate environment and urban objects has been defined. It allows to manage these objects throughout their life cycle, in a concept called Urban Facility Management. This technology relies on an Urban Information Model to model all the information of cities and buildings in a dynamic and evolutive ontology. CAROLS: A New Airborne L-Band Radiometer for Ocean Surface and Land Observations

The "Cooperative Airborne Radiometer for Ocean and Land Studies" (CAROLS) L-Band radiometer was designed and built as a copy of the EMIRAD II radiometer constructed by the Technical University of Denmark team. It is a fully polarimetric and direct sampling correlation radiometer. It is installed on board a dedicated French ATR42 research aircraft, in conjunction with other airborne instruments (C-Band scatterometer--STORM, the GOLD-RTR GPS system, the infrared CIMEL radiometer and a visible wavelength camera). Archéogéographique du bassin versant du Haut Val Suzon

Entre 2003 et 2020, les Bois de Cestres (St Martin-du- Mont) puis le Haut Val Suzon ont fait l’objet d’une enquête archéologique pluridisciplinaire. 26 sites y ont été découverts, dont un en bois de Cestres, a fait l’objet d’une fouille exhaustive. Initiée par Jean Louis Maigrot en 2003-2004, l’enquête a été reprise et conduite par Patrice Beck, professeur d’archéologie et d’histoire médiévale, aidé de Frank Faucher ingénieur au Service Régional de l’Archéologie à Dijon.
