A good and unique person passed away – a lawyer, an expert on historical monuments, a theoretician on securing works of art, a sensitive soul. His loss is irreparable. Having known Piotr for years as a modest person shying from acclaim I am aware that he would not have wanted to become the topic of written reminiscences. On the other hand, it is our duty to express gratitude to men of merit and pay homage in return for all that they did for us. In this way, we demonstrate our respect, admiration and appreciation. First report on the helminthfauna of the yellow-necked mouse, Apodemus flavicollis, in the Iberian Peninsula

Summary Information about the prevalence of helminth parasites of the yellow-necked mouse, Apodemus flavicollis, in the Iberian Peninsula is almost non-existent and there is no reliable data reported from Spain. Fourteen A. flavicollis from the Erro River valley (Navarre, Spain) were examined for endoparasites, between February 2001 and July 2002. Thirteen specimens (92.9 %) of the total sample were parasitized by at least one of the following six helminth species: one trematode (Corrigia vitta), one cestode (Taenia parva larvae) and four nematodes (Trichuris muris, Calodium hepaticum, Heligmosomoides polygyrus and Syphacia stroma). In his seminal work on social contract theory, Leviathan, Thomas Hobbes described the anarchic pre-societal condition of the state of nature. In this predicament – aptly named as “the war of all against all” – people lived poor, short and brutish lives. The dystopian world simulated in the survival horror game DayZ mirrors this natural state of man. The game invites players to roleplay survivors of a zombie apocalypse. The present paper examines the factors contributing to pervasive violence, moral ambiguity and degeneration of human condition, which are prominent features of DayZ’s gameplay. The target area of my research is the history of the theatre in the last decades of the 19th and the first decades of the 20th centuries. I am trying to reveal what kind of theatre existed on the fringes of the world of theatre, because in the first decades of the 20th century several artists tried to follow the new European trends and to make use of their results. I wish to present this process through the careers of two actors: Irén Feld and Artúr Bárdos. Besides these experiments I wish to deal with theatre in the country. Yleisön mediarepresentaatiot Ilta-Sanomien ja Urheilulehden vuoden 2011 miesten jääkiekon MM-kisauutisoinnissa

Tutkimuksessa tarkastellaan Ilta-Sanomien ja Urheilulehden vuoden 2011 miesten jääkiekon MM-kisauutisoinnissa tuotettuja yleisörepresentaatioita. Tutkimustehtävänä on eritellä urheiluyleisölle lehtijutuissa tuotettuja toimija-asemia ja tulkita niihin liittyviä merkityksiä. Jutuissa käsiteltäviä yleisöjä ovat niin tapahtumissa paikanpäällä olevat fanijoukot kuin vastaanottimien välityksellä tapahtumia seuraavat. Tutkimuksen kokonaisaineisto koostuu 20.4.–31.5.2011 ilmestyneistä Ilta-Sanomien (34) ja Urheilulehden (5) numeroista. Tutkimukseni on yleisötutkimus Helsinkiläisestä Musiikkiteatteri Koitosta keväältä 2012. Tutkimus on pääasiassa määrällinen, sisältäen kuitenkin myös pienen laadullisen osuuden. Työssäni käsittelen Musiikkiteatteri Koittoa sen erityisen konseptinsa kautta ja pyrkimykseni on selvittää mitä erityistä kyseinen teatteri antaa yleisölleen ja mitkä ovat sen vahvuudet ja heikkoudet. Tarkoitukseni on myös selvittää mistä musiikkiteatteri Koiton yleisö koostuu, eli mikä on sen yleisöprofiili. W artykule przedstawiono ocenę zagrożenia walorów fizjonomicznych krajobrazu wzdłuż drogi krajowej Myślenice – Zakopane, jednej z najważniejszych dróg turystycznych Polski. Podstawą analizy była inwentaryzacja obiektów reklamy zewnętrznej po obydwu stronach drogi w pasmach o szerokości 100 m. Badany obszar ma bardzo istotne znaczenie w percepcji krajobrazów górskich polskiej części Karpat. W wyniku przeprowadzonej analizy stwierdzono bardzo wysoki stopień zagrożenia walorów widokowych przez reklamy. W artykule omówiono aktualne problemy zarządzania konkurencyjnością przedsiębiorstw w celu zapewnienia ich bezpieczeństwa ekonomicznego. Przedstawiono analizę naukowych podejść do definicji pojęcia “bezpieczeństwa ekonomicznego”, określono jego główne cechy lokalne. Przeanalizowano strukturę i zawartość składników funkcjonalnych bezpieczeństwa ekonomicznego oraz uzasadniono ich rolę w zapewnieniu efektywnej pracy ukraińskich przedsiębiorstw.
