Determinanty współpracy studentów i wykładowców jako czynnik optymalizacji zawodowego przygotowania nauczycieli w Polsce i na Ukrainie

W artykule postawiono tezę, że głównym zadaniem nauk pedagogicznych jest stworzenie prawidłowo funkcjonującego systemu edukacji zawodowej przyszłego nauczyciela, nakreślenie kierunków ukraińskich innowacji, jak również możliwości współpracy w tych sektorach ukraińskich i polskich nauczycieli. W artykule poruszono również problem interakcji pedagogicznej jako społecznej i psychologicznej adaptacji i dostosowania procesu tworzenia i rozwoju osobistego przyszłego nauczyciela w kontekście globalizacji społeczeństwa opartego na wiedzy.

A programme of educational innovation was implemented to improve the attitude toward research methods for psychology students. Students used real data to test their own hypotheses using different statistical methods. Specifically, they implemented two key methodological principles in research methods: sample size and ordinal claims (Frick, 1996). Students had to work in teams, using Internet data bases for developing the theoretical background of the study, the definition of the objectives, the definition of variables, data analysis, and discussion of results. Introduction: Clinical simulation is a tool that allows creating controlled and safe spaces that mimic reality, where students can acquire skills and abilities prior to facing real situations. Methodology: This is a study with two phases. The first quasi-experimental phase where 3 questionnaires were used; two of them to assess knowledge (pretest - posttest) and the other one to assess the satisfaction of the training action. Aquest document vol donar a conèixer l'experiència duta a terme per un grup d'estudiants durant el desenvolupament d'un programa destinat a alumnes innovadors de la Universitat de València. La immersió actual de les tecnologies en tots els àmbits de la societat i en l'educació planteja noves incògnites sobre com es desenvolupen aquestes experiències educatives. El projecte presentat era enfocat als alumnes amb vista a desenvolupar un treball que relacionés les tecnologies de la informació i la comunicació (TIC) amb els contextos d'aprenentatge universitaris. Així, en l'article es presenten les experiències, vivències i conclusions a les quals s'ha arribat quan s'ha acabat el projecte.
