Nous étudions une cavité en anneau non réciproque simple et reconfigurable pour générer des peignes de fréquences optiques accordables. Nous démontrons que des peignes cohérents peuvent être obtenus en exploitant finement la rétrodiffusion Brillouin stimulée et le mélange à quatre ondes en cascade dans la cavité à fibre non-linéaire.
Development of methods for the detection and quantification of spoilage microorganisms in wine : study of growing factors

New practices used to elaborate wine lead to an increase of wine spoilage due to microorganisms. That is why, new technics have to be developed to quantify these microorganisms accurately, quickly and with low costs. The main wine spoilages are due to acetic acid bacteria (AAB) (A. aceti, A. pasteurianus, G. oxydans and Ga. liquefaciens) and Brettanomyces bruxellensis development. AAB transforms ethanol to acetic acid while B. bruxellensis transforms hydroxycinnamic acids to ethyl phenols (EP) (unpleasant odor molecules). We present an experimental study regarding the effects of the $\ensuremath{\gamma}$ radiation on silica glass doped with Ge up to $10\text{ }000$ ppm molar produced by the sol-gel technique. We have determined the irradiation-induced changes in the refractive index $(\ensuremath{\Delta}n)$ as a function of the oxygen deficiency of the samples, evaluated from the ratio between the germanium lone pair centers (GLPC) and the Ge content. $\ensuremath{\Delta}n$ at 1500 nm have been estimated using optical-absorption spectra in the range 1.5--6 eV. We have found that $\ensuremath{\Delta}n$ is independent of Ge differences for GLPC/Ge values $l{10}^{\ensuremath{-}4}$, while it depends on Ge for la…

Il presente lavoro tratta questo tema analizzando il legame tra spillover spaziali ed effetti di spiazzamento nell'attuazione della Politica di Coesione europea. Valutiamo l’impatto degli interventi sulla crescita del PIL pro-capite, con una strategia econometrica che incorpora gli effetti spaziali.
