En el ambito de la gestion deportiva, la calidad de losservicios deportivos y la satisfaccion de los usuarios es un area de gran desarrollo. Este trabajo pretende determinar el grado de calidad percibida en unos servicios deportivos de caracter publico como son unas escuelas de actividades nauticas. Para ello se analizaron 2375 usuarios de estas escuelas que contestaron un cuestionario sobre calidad de servicio percibida y satisfaccion con el servicio recibido. Tämän kvantitatiivisen tutkielman tarkoituksena on selvittää lukiolaisten suhtautumista ryhmätyöskentelyyn ruotsin kielen kursseilla. Lisäksi tutkimuksessa tarkasteltiin, mitkä asiat tekevät lukiolaisten mielestä ryhmätyöstä onnistuneen ja vastaavasti epäonnistuneen. Kolmantena tutkimuskysymyksenä tutkittiin, miten he suhtautuvat tiettyihin keskeisiin periaatteisiin ryhmätyöskentelyssä eli ryhmän heterogeeniseen koostumukseen, positiiviseen keskinäiseen riippuvuuteen, vuorovaikutukseen, yksilölliseen vastuuseen, sosiaalisiin taitoihin ja arviointiin. Black hole spectroscopy is a powerful tool to probe the Kerr nature of astrophysical compact objects and their environment. The observation of multiple ringdown modes in gravitational waveforms could soon lead to high-precision gravitational spectroscopy, so it is critical to understand if the quasinormal mode spectrum is stable against perturbations. It was recently shown that the pseudospectrum can shed light on the spectral stability of black hole quasinormal modes. The very precise and long-time-spanned photometric observations gathered by the COROT satellite will give important clues of the origin of the Be phenomenon.
