Nell’attuale dibattito sul tema della post-verità le emozioni sono generalmente pensate in contrapposizione o ai ‘fatti’ o alle ‘ragioni’. Tale contrapposizione sottintende una forte svalutazione della sfera emotiva, percepita come sostanzialmente ‘irrazionale’ e pertanto pericolosa. Trait emotional intelligence (EI) is a noteworthy psychological resource in nursing. However, its effects on well-being and job performance are inconsistent. Thus, we explored the latent beneficial and risk profiles of trait EI among 461 Japanese eldercare nurses. Latent profile analysis revealed six latent profiles. In addition, multivariate analysis of covariance (MANCOVA) showed that the profile with the highest overall scores on the trait EI dimensions was associated with the most beneficial outcomes (better well-being, higher job performance). Pro gradu -tutkimuksessamme tutkimme lasten leiriryhmien ryhmäprosesseja ja niiden eri vaiheita. Tutkimuksemme teoriapohjana toimii Tuckmanin (1965) malli, jonka mukaan ryhmäprosessi käsittää viisi eri vaihetta: ryhmän muotoutuminen, kuohunta, yhteistoiminnan syntyminen, kypsä toiminta ja ryhmän hajoaminen. Tutkimuksella tahdoimme selvittää, toteutuvatko nämä vaiheet myös lyhytkestoisissa lapsiryhmissä. Tämän lisäksi tutkimme ryhmäprosessin aikana ilmeneviä haasteita ohjaajien näkökulmasta sekä keinoja, joilla näihin haasteisiin pyritään vastaamaan. Introduction: The discovery and the clinical availability of novel cyclin-dependent kinases 4 and 6 inhibitors have profoundly changed the therapeutic scenario of metastatic hormone receptor-positive breast carcinoma. Among these inhibitors, abemaciclib can induce potent and sustained cell cycle arrest and immune system stimulation.
