The Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) approach appeared as a response to the need for more sophisticated marketing communication discipline in a confusing tourism marketing environment. This article is focused on the Court's decision in Hornbach-Baumarkt (Case C-382/16) (Hornbach) which is an important clarification of the conditional compatibility of arm's length-based domestic transfer pricing legislation with the freedom of establishment. Hornbach follows and confirms the previous doctrine formulated in SGI (Case C-311/08). Marginal contribution, reciprocity and equity in segregated groups: Bounded rationality and selforganization in social networks

We study the formation of social networks that are based on local interaction and simple rule following. Agents evaluate the profitability of link formation on the basis of the Myerson-Shapley principle that payoffs come from the marginal contribution they make to coalitions. The NP-hard problem associated with the Myerson-Shapley value is replaced by a boundedly rational 'spatially' myopic process. Agents consider payoffs from direct links with their neighbours (level 1), which can include indirect payoffs from neighbours' neighbours (level 2) and up to M-levels that are far from global. Purpose– The purpose of this paper is to empirically test the impact of perceived information and communication technology (ICT) on creation of brand equity within service firms, more specifically upscale hotels. The relationships between ICT and three brand equity dimensions, i.e. brand image, perceived quality, and brand loyalty are examined.Design/methodology/approach– The empirical research was conducted in 20 upscale hotels in Rome-Italy, collecting data from 335 guests.Findings– Advanced ICT directly influences perceived quality and image, while the impact of ICT on loyalty is mediated by perceived quality. This study investigates the hierarchical construct and the formation of customer value of b-to-b services. In-depth understanding of the construction of customer value and the effects of service quality on customer value are the key to effective development of b-to-b services. The results of scientific research confirm that the condition of insularity is an issue that still needs broad sharing and specific policies. The issues to be addressed are widespread in all territorial contexts, large or small. Insularity is a permanent structural constraint. Even though convergence policies have contributed to the convergence process between countries and regions, EU policies for the islands must be envisaged to define joint action to achieve a more balanced territorial equity.
