Characterization of 5-HT receptors on human pulmonary artery and vein: functional and binding studies

1. This study aimed to investigate the 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) receptors mediating contraction of ring preparations isolated from human pulmonary arteries and veins. In functional studies, the responses to 5-HT, sumatriptan, ergotamine, serotonin-O-carboxymethyl-glycyl-tyrosinamide (SCMGT), alpha-methyl 5-HT (alpha-Me) and 2-methyl 5-HT (2-Me) were studied with WAY100635, GR127935, ritanserin, zacopride and SB204070 as antagonists. 2. All agonists produced concentration-dependent contractions of human pulmonary artery and vein preparations. Pleuropulmonary changes induced by ergoline drugs.

Classic ergolines, such as bromocriptine, methysergide and ergotamine, can induce chronic pleuropneumonitis. We present the cases of eight patients who developed similar changes whilst on other ergolines. In this retrospective case study spanning 1985-1995, clinical data, radiological material, pulmonary function, bronchoalveolar lavage and histopathology were reviewed. Earlier literature on ergoline-induced pleuropulmonary changes was reviewed. Projekta ideja ir veselības aprūpes uzņēmuma “Veselības zona” dibināšana Rēzeknē, Lubānas ielā 35, kurā tiks sniegti fizioterapeita, ergoterapeita un masiera veselību saglabājoša, veicinoša un rehabilitējoša rakstura pakalpojumi. Uzņēmuma dibināšana plānota 2022. gada 3. janvārī, un tā juridiskā forma būs sabiedrība ar ierobežotu atbildību (turpmāk – SIA). Plānots, ka uzņēmuma pamatkapitāls būs 35 000 EUR, vienas kapitāla daļas vērtībai esot 1 000 EUR. Kapitāla daļas tiks sadalītas attiecībā 10 pret 25 starp uzņēmuma īpašniekiem X un Y. Plānots, ka īpašnieks X segs ar uzņēmējdarbības uzsākšanu saistītās izmaksas, savukārt īpašnieks Y nodrošinās mantisko ieguldījumu – uzņēmuma telpas.

Context and study: Trials in field allowed to show a link between a good grass weeding (blackgrass and rye grass) and extent of ergot contaminations. Makhteshim Agan France and Arvalis tested on 15 trials in 2011-2012, 2 ureas, as isoproturon against blackgrass, alone or in pro-gram with a sulfonylurea, to evaluate their indirect effect against ergot. Field trials were set up on sensitive crops to ergot (rye, wheat and triticale) infested with artificial ergot contaminations and weed seeds sensible to ALS.
