[EN] Research in business organization in general and talent management (in university or professional students) uses in many cases self-administered questionnaires as a source of data to assess people's competencies. In clinical psychology, it has been shown that self-evaluations of behaviors may present a bias of social desirability. However, even in this field of research it is not usual to measure its effect when taking data. Our work proposes a protocol to find a set of scales of social desirability (SD) with less than 20 items that are valid and reliable. We also intend to identify if SD scales are associated with the self-assessments of some transversal competences.

The Merrill Palmer-R Development Scale is commonly used in Child Development and Early Care Centers. It is usually used, like other scales, in the initial evaluation process at the time of discharge in the center and / or throughout the entire intervention. The results obtained in the application of the scale are presented in the University Center of Diagnostic and Early Care of the University of Valencia, in the period between 2011 and 2016. El Position on Nursing Diagnosis (PND) es una escala que utiliza la técnica del diferencial semántico para medir las actitudes hacia el concepto diagnóstico enfermero. Las tasas de prevalencia de sexting en adolescentes muestran una gran variabilidad y sus correlatos sociodemográficos todavía no son concluyentes. Resumen tomado de la publicación El objetivo de este estudio es analizar las creencias y actitudes hacia la hipnosis de los colegiados para informar al Consejo General de Colegios Oficiales de Psicólogos de las necesidades de formación sobre hipnosis, así como analizar las respuestas en función de los Colegios de los participantes. Para ello se aplicó la Escala de Valencia de Actitudes y Creencias hacia la Hipnosis-Terapeuta a una muestra de 2.434 colegiados españoles. Los resultados indican que los colegiados que respondieron a la escala tienen, en general, creencias ajustadas sobre la hipnosis y una actitud positiva hacia la misma.
