Background. Work traffic accidents are an issue both in Spain and all over the world, and specific evidence on commuting accidents is scarce. Even though both industrial safety and welfare have been improved during the last decades, the commuting accidents rate is growing worldwide. Purpose. At the beginning of the XXI century neuroethics was born as a part of bioethics and also as a new kind of knowledge, capable of discovering the neural basis of the human behaviour. В статье рассматриваются интернальность и экстернальность как внутренние стратегии отношения личности к миру на фоне двух основных библейских заповедей: Моисеевой заповеди справедливости – правилом талиона, и золотым правилом – христианской заповеди любви. Сопоставляя обе заповеди по параметру их преимущественной активности, становится очевидным, что правило талиона отличает сравнительное «отставание» - его реактивность на вызовы внешней среды, что отчасти связывает его с экстернальностью. «Золотое правило», в целом, должно быть охарактеризовано как инициативная позиция личности, что сближает его с понятием интернальности.

The recent case law of various international tribunals facing questions related to UN Security Council resolutions shows the clear tendency to grant primacy to the UN legal order. This trend, far from being well founded on formal arguments, appears to be a tribute to a legal order perceived as superior, and, at the same time, is revealing of the ‘value oriented’ approach followed by the courts. Abstract A novel and improved room temperature synthesis of the monohydride catalyst trans-[RuCl(H)(dppe)2] complex (1, dppe (1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane) = Ph2PCH2CH2PPh2) proceeds through oxidation of methanol (the solvent) by the pentacoordinated cis-[RuCl(dppe)2][PF6] complex and t-BuOK as the base is described. Compound 1 was fully characterized by NMR (1H, 13C, 31P), ESI-MS(TOF +), FTIR and elemental analysis. The X-ray structure of 1 was reported for the first time and unambiguously confirms the trans-configuration of the complex.
