Product meaning, affective use evaluation, and transfer : a preliminary study

The first part of this investigation explored the multidimensional nature of product meaning, referring to the variety of connotations and functions a consumer associates with a particular product category. The subsequent experiment examined the moderation effects of product meaning and other attributes of the user on (a) the affective evaluation of an obstructed use interaction, and (b) the transfer of emotion between devices presented as being either of the same or a different brand. Artikkelissa tarkastellaan, miten aikuisten maahanmuuttajaopiskelijoiden opettajat ymmärtävät perustaidot ja opiskelutaidot sekä miten he pedagogisoivat perustaitojen opetusta arvioinnin avulla. Perustaitoja ovat luku- ja kirjoitustaidot, numeeriset taidot ja ongelmanratkaisutaidot teknologisesti kehittyneissä ympäristöissä. Aineisto kerättiin opettajien täydennyskoulutuksessa ja se koostuu opettajien laatimista arviointi- ja oppimistehtävistä sekä reflektoinneista. Quantitative determination of casein genetic variants in goat milk: Application in Girgentana dairy goat breed

The study was conducted to develop a high-performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method to quantify casein genetic variants (αs2-, β-, and κ-casein) in milk of homozygous individuals of Girgentana goat breed. For calibration experiments, pure genetic variants were extracted from individual milk samples of animals with known genotypes. The described HPLC approach was precise, accurate and highly suitable for quantification of goat casein genetic variants of homozygous individuals.
