Tutkimuksen tavoitteena oli selvittää koulun ja lastensuojelun työntekijöiden kokemuksia yhteistyöstä. Tutkimuksen pääkysymys oli: Mitkä ovat ammatti-ihmisten kokemukset lastensuojelun ja koulun välisestä yhteistyöstä? Alakysy-mysten avulla pyrittiin saamaan lisätietoa sekä koulun että lastensuojelun roo-lista ja myös siitä tietävätkö toimijat toistensa toiminnasta. Tutkimuksen aineisto kerättiin fokusryhmien teemahaastattelujen muodossa. Teemahaastatteluja toteutui kaksi: toinen koulun ammatti-ihmisille ja toinen lastensuojelun sosiaalityöntekijöille. Pupu sēklgrauža (Bruchus rufimanus) bioloģija, ekoloģija un to ietekmējošie faktori lauka pupas (Vicia faba) sējumos

Palielinoties lauka pupas sējas platībām gan Eiropas gan Latvijas teritorijas ietvaros, palielinās arī ar tām saistīto kaitēkļu apdzīvotās vietas. Pupu sēklgrauzis (Bruchus rufimanus Boh.) ir zināms lauka pupas kaitēklis, kura kāpurs barojas ar tās sēklām auga jaunajās pākstīs. Daļa sēklgrauža populācijas pārziemo sēklās sēklu glabātavās. Pētījuma mērķis ir izprast pupu sēklgrauža attīstības bioloģiju un ekoloģiju un to ietekmējošos faktorus. Pētījums veikts septiņos lauka pupas sējumos 2017. gada veģetācijas sezonā. Abstract. The archaeological site of Ancient Noto is all that remains of one of the most interesting and important cities in the Est part of Sicily. Sorafenib in Mice – A Pharmacokinetic Study

Pharmacokinetic models are applied to determine the drug distribution in the organism with respect to a given administration. Models based on body anatomy and physiology can provide an accurate description of drug concentrations reached in specific organs and tissues of mammals. This article proposes a model based on mammalian anatomy and physiology to predict the biodistribution in mice of sorafenib, an anti-cancer drug, with specific attention to the concentration reached in the liver, as that is the action site in case of hepatocellular carcinoma treatment. Yielding of a quartz sand from saturated to dry state

The paper presents the results of an experimental work where we analyse the behaviour of an unsaturated quartz sand in a wide range of degree of saturation (from saturated to dry state). The possibility of anticipating the hydro-mechanical behaviour of the soils when they approach the dry state is fundamental in many areas. An extensive experimental program, including controlled-suction and constant water content oedometric tests, was carried out to deeply analyse the water retention behaviour and the relationship between the yield stress and suction (Loading-Collapse curve).
