Darba mērķis ir izpētīt, kā attēlu nozīmi iespējams interpretēt noteiktā kontekstā. Pētījums reaģē uz galējās interpretācijas problemātiku un ierosina skatīt Čārlza Pīrsa zīmju teoriju kā instrumentu, kas ļauj analizēt nozīmes radīšanas un interpretācijas procesualitāti noteiktas situācijas un kultūras kontekstā. Tiek pētīti četri atšķirīgi attēlu gadījumi (Hilma af Klinta, Sajs Tvomblijs, Gerhards Rihters un Vija Celmiņa), piemērojot mainīgos konteksta lielumus un Pīrsa zīmju klasifikācijas. L'articolo si occupa della questione dei criteri e dei limiti di legittimazione degli illeciti fiscali, sia in prospettiva storica che in chiave attuale. La prima parte dell'articolo contiene una ricostruzione storica dell'evoluzione del diritto penale tributario, ponendo in evidenza come l'utilizzo delle fattispecie illecite sia stato variamente influenzato dalle esigenze di gettito dell'erario. La seconda parte riprende le concezioni penalistiche in tema di bene giuridico tutelato e identifica quale sia il concetto di bene giuridico tutelato nell'illecito fiscale. Photoredox-Catalyzed Four-Component Reaction for the Synthesis of Complex Secondary Amines.

The one-pot sulfonylation/aminoalkylation of styrene derivatives furnishing substituted γ-sulfonylamines was accomplished through a photoredox-catalyzed four-component reaction. Besides one molecule of water and the sodium counterion of the sulfinate, all atoms of the starting materials are transferred to the final product, rendering this process highly atom-efficient. The operationally simple protocol allows for the simultaneous formation of three new single bonds (C-S, C-N, and C-C) and therefore grants rapid access to structurally diverse products.
Technological development and functional properties of an apple snack rich in flavonoid from mandarin juice

Abstract The development of functional foods has evolved considerably over the years. The technological ability to produce a food with enhanced physiologically active compounds has grown significantly. The aim of this work was to study the incorporation of the beneficial compounds from mandarin low pulp juice into an apple snack using vacuum impregnation technology and to test if the final product exhibited the functional properties and components of both raw materials. Forty grams of the final product made using mandarin juice homogenized at 15 MPa could provide the same quantity of hesperidin as 250 mL of fresh mandarin juice. Impact of the reaction pathway on the final product in on-surface synthesis

International audience; On-surface synthesis provides a very promising strategy for creating stable functional structures on surfaces. In the past, classical reactions known from solution synthesis have been successfully transferred onto a surface. Due to the presence of the surface, on-surface synthesis provides the potential of directing the reaction pathway in a manner that might not be accessible in classical solution synthesis. In this work, we present evidence for an acetylene polymerization from a terminal alkyne monomer deposited onto calcite (10.4). TiO2-Based Photocatalysis for Organic Synthesis

A major aim of the contemporary chemistry is to replace old environmentally hazardous processes with new, energy efficient routes allowing to reduce or totally avoid the use and production of harmful chemicals and to maximise the quantity of raw material that ends up in the final product. This chapter gives an account of TiO2-based selective photocatalysis as a green synthetic tool for the production of organics. Some case studies of the most common transformations carried out by means of photocatalytic reactions are illustrated in a midway perspective between photochemistry and organic chemistry.
