espanolLos denominados «sindromes raros» son aquellos que por su etiologia, casuistica, sintomas peculiares o escasa prevalencia poblacional no suelen ser abordados por la literatura cientifica. El objetivo del presente trabajo ha sido realizar una revision bibliografica y un analisis bibliometrico de las publicaciones cientificas que desde 1970 hasta la actualidad se han llevado a cabo en relacion a cuatro de estos sindromes: sindrome de Capgras, sindrome de Cotard, sindrome de Munchausen y Folie a deux. This article describes the place of the body in Russian psychiatry of the 1830s , and places it at the intersection of philosophy , theology and medicine . We show how contemporary literature quotes and distorts medical discourse and develops its own conception of the body . Denied , annihilated , bruised , mutilated , deprived of food , the bodies of madmen seem to be victims of the violence that these madmen impose on themselves . In our conclusion , we question the place of the voice of madmen in the literary text , arguing that this voice is at times the expression of the silent body , and at other times the expression of the souls that transcend these very bodies.

The thesis studies the linguistics, philosophy and aesthetics of literary language of the madman in the Romantic era. It focuses on The Devil's Elixirs (Hoffmann, 1815),The Crumb Fairy (Nodier, 1832), The Diary of a Madman(Gogol, 1835), The Sylph(Odoevsky, 1837) and Aurelia(Nerval, 1855). Other narratives are more promptly summoned, as The Night Watches(Bonaventura, 1804) or Louis Lambert(Balzac, 1832).The madman is a problematic being: he is both unhealthy and inhabited by a divine inspiration.
