Tutkielmani tarkoituksena on tarkastella Sigmund Freudin ja Erich Frommin kuvaa ihmisluonnosta, ihmisestä sosiaalisena olentona sekä ihmisen suhteesta maailmaan. Käyn aluksi lävitse Freudin ihmiskuvaa, jossa ihmisen käytös on pitkälti ulkomaailman realiteettien sanelemaa, mutta ihminen omaa kyvyn sisäistää ulkomaailman osia itseensä, muovaten siten sekä itseään että suhdettaan maailmaan. This data was collected during an short-term incubation experiment in March 2017 that investigated the response of a surface plankton community to upwelling. This experiment was carried in the framework of the SFB754-funded KOSMOS mesocosm study that took place in La Punta, Callao, Peru between February-April 2017. A total of six different treatments were used to disentangle chemical and biological characteristics of deep water that influence surface plankton blooms: 2 different deep water sources with different nutrient concentrations; 3 treatments to distinguish the effects of inorganic nutrients, organic nutrients and deep water microbial populations. Instytucja podmiotu zobowiązanego do zwrotu korzyści majątkowej poprzednio była uregulowana w art. 52 Kodeksu karnego1 oraz art. 416 Kodeksu postępowania karnego2. Przepisy te zostały uchylone, jednak po około dwóch latach ustawodawca powrócił do wspomnianego rozwiązania w art. 91a i art. 415a k.p.k. W porównaniu do wcześniejszej regulacji zmodyfikowano warunki zobowiązania, uprawnienia i obowiązki podmiotu oraz procesowe aspekty orzekania o jego odpowiedzialności. La obra YIZKEREM (del hebreo: Que nuestro Señor los recuerde) es un monumento al Holocausto de la nación judía. Dado que la compositora, Bracha Bdil, pertenece a la comunidad ortodoxa de Europa del Este, muchas de sus obras se basan en la tradición musical de los modos judíos de Europa del Este y los textos de estas fuentes. La fusión de la técnica compositiva contemporánea con los elementos de la antigua tradición judía conduce a la compositora a un lenguaje compositivo muy personal.

One of the most significant influences upon the process of creation of male/female spirituality was exerted by role models characteristic for the culture of Counter-Reformation. Among these models, the ones that occupied the most influential position were Miles Christianus and Heroina Christiana shaped in response to domestic and foreign dangers to which the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth was exposed.
