The contact between human and wild fauna has considerably increased during these last decades due to the increase of human population size but also to conservation policies. As a consequence, the number of zoonotic diseases soared with a mean of six new infectious diseases per year, 75% of whom being vectorially transmitted. The way to avoid the human contamination by these emergent diseases is based on the efficient vector control resulting from a deep knowledge of the ecology and the feeding behavior of the different vector species. As around 10% of reproductive-aged couples are currently infertile, providing them with treatment options is a public health issue. However, the safety of these techniques has not been fully demonstrated. Notably, the rate of placenta-related adverse pregnancy outcomes could be increased after ART. Moreover, adverse perinatal outcomes, a higher risk of major malformations and imprinting disorders have also been reported in children born following ART. International audience; Oenococcus oeni is a lactic acid bacterium which is able to grow in wine and perform malolactic fermentation. To survive and grow in such a harsh environment as wine, O. oeni uses several mechanisms of resistance including stress protein synthesis. The molecular characterisation of three stress genes hsp18, clpX, trxA encoding for a small heat shock protein, an ATPase regulation component of ClpP protease and a thioredoxin, respectively, allow us to suggest the existence in O. oeni of multiple regulation mechanisms as is the case in Bacillus subtilis. Metastasis is respoMetastasis is responsible for most cancer-related deaths, and, among common tumor types, melanoma is one with great potential to metastasize. Here we study the contribution of epigenetic changes to the dissemination process by analyzing the changes that occur at the DNA methylation level between primary cancer cells and metastases. We found a hypomethylation event that reactivates a cryptic transcript of the Rab GTPase activating protein TBC1D16 (TBC1D16-47 kDa; referred to hereafter as TBC1D16-47KD) to be a characteristic feature of the metastatic cascade. [CA] El present article es centra en la vinculació entre els diversos exemplars de Crist portacreu de Gianfrancesco Maineri i els homònims de Paolo da San Leocadio. A través de diverses comparacions, tractarà d¿explicar-se la gènesi d¿aquest model, aportant, a més, dades que permetran una millor classificació dels exemplars leocadians. Finalment, es realitzen una sèrie de reflexions entorn de l¿hipotètic retorn de San Leocadio a Itàlia (1485-1489) i a la seua possible vinculació amb Maineri.
